It's been a few years but we are thrilled to host this Recognized USEA Horse Trial at beautiful Hunters Run Farm in Metamora hosted by the Metamora Hunt II Pony Club.
No paper entries. All entries must be submitted through Xentry. Reminder that there will be two Release and Waiver Forms that need to be signed, one for Hunters Run farm and the other for USEF/USEA. Both need to be submitted electronically when entering.<strong>Your entry must be complete before arriving at show grounds</strong>.

Fees
Entry Fee Per Division: BN,N,T:$220.00;Starter:$190.00 (USEA Starter/Drug/COVID Recovery fees do not apply for Starter).
Stabling:$185.00 for Friday an Saturday night. This is the actual cost of stalls to Hunters Run with no additional mark-up.
Muck Fee:$ 50.00 - Separate check made payable to Dave Emmons, check can be mailed or given directly to the secretary. Check will be shredded if stall is stripped and cleaned properly.
Haul-In Fee:$25.00 for horses who are not stabled on the show grounds, one time fee.
Late Fee:$35 is due if entry isreceivedafter CD.
Refunds:Before C.D. Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D. Less $45only if place can be filled from wait list.Stabling feeonly if stall can be filled from wait list.
Refunds less than $25 will be donated to the Metamora Hunt II Pony.
USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recovery Fees Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Vet cert is required for withdraws.
If the competition is cancelled due to Covid-19 refunds will be issued.Cancellation=No refund.
All withdraws for refund must be made in writing to secretary priorto CD.

Double entries: Not accepted.
BN, N, T competitors must be USEA members and horses registered with a least a limited status.
Starter competitors do not pay USEA Starter/D&M/COVID Recovery fees and are exempt from USEA membership and horse registration requirements.
ALL scheduling and stabling requests must be made at time of entry. Requests cannot be accommodated after CD.**All requests to stable with a groupmust use one group name on all entries or request will not be accepted.
Any stall changes will result in a change fee of $25, or $45 if after CD. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. A completed facility release form is required and may be found atwww.huntersrunfarm.com. If using Xentry, the USEA/USEF Waiver and Release form is included with the entry form.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

$185.00 for Friday and Saturday night. At this point we will have temporary stabling on grounds with tents and doors. See above for more information.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
