The USEA will be sending out 2012 member cards during the first week of January for all members who have renewed up until that point. The USEA is delaying the mailing of member cards to due to the large volume of cards lost or damaged during the holiday mail season last year. This will cut down on the added expenses that the USEA incurs from lost or returned cards.

Over the last year the USEA’s IT department has been hard at work revamping the USEA’s Dashboard system to design an online services site that will provide an easy and clear location for all USEA members to perform a variety of functions. Beginning on October 1, USEA members will have a chance to begin using the new USEA online services website. Functions of the new site will include: the ability to join or renew your 2012 USEA membership, registration for the 2011 Annual Meeting and Convention, horse and rider profile search, and entering events using Xentry.

The USEA would like to remind all members who are transferring ownership of a horse that a bill of sale is now required to transfer the horse into your name. If you have changed owners using the USEA Online Services and have not yet faxed or mailed your bill of sale, the ownership is remaining pending. Please send your bill of sale as soon as possible. Information about the USEA's policy regarding transfer of ownership is available here.
