Note: You MAY enter multiple divisions of the CT. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE. LATE ENTRIES will pay an additional $50 fee. All entry fees include a $25.00 non-refundable office fee. Double Entries not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA MEMBERS MUST PAY EXTRA $25.00 NON MEMBER FEE WITH ENTRY. $15.00 fee for incomplete entries, $25.00 fee for changing horse/rider/level after C.D. If space available, entries will be accepted after the CD and will be assessed a $50 late fee. NOTE CT Competitors: DO NOT PAY STARTER FEES AND DRUG FEES. Return checks=$25.00. Refunds: Before C.D.-Full Refund. C.D. to January 16 -Less $25.00 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No Refund, unless spot can be filled from a wait list, then less $25 office fee. $75/stall. Barns open Friday noon to Sunday 6 pm. Additional nights available at $35/night. Stall doors. Hay and shavings available for purchases on grounds. $10/bag shavings. $40.00/DAY GROUNDS FEE FOR HORSES NOT ENTERED IN THE COMPETITION, THIS FEE IS IN ADDITION TO THE STALL FEE. Divisions may be divided/combined as entries warrant: state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Prize list from sec'y. Food on grounds. Team Competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level $5/per team member.
Cross-country course will be open for schooling during event, Friday, Saturday and Sunday after the competition. $65 to become a member (includes first day of schooling), $45 for additional Cross-country schooling days. Horses entered in the CT may also enter additional Dressage or Show Jumping Test for $60/test at Early Bird entry rate. $70/ test after CD if time schedule permits. No ribbons given for individual tests.
