Directions:
From I-20: In South Carolina take exit #18 (Hwy 19), go north on Hwy 19 for 1 mile.  Turn left onto Hwy 191 (Old Graniteville Road), go 1.2 mile. Turn right onto Springfield Church Road, entry for Stable View will be 1 1/2 miles on left.

Fees:

Stabling: Temporary tent stabling available, only. $200 for Monday 8am through Wednesday at 6pm. Outside of those hours a $75/per night fee will be required.
Grounds Fee: Competing horse: no additional charge, included in Entry Fee!

Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses = $50.00.

Entries not postmarked, completed  and paid by closing date 1/16/18 will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 1/26/18.
Returned check fee: $35.00.

REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 1/16/18, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. No refunds after 1/26/18.
Entries:

No entry accepted without payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, 1/16/18, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed.  Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 1/16/18, or a $50 late fee will be charged.   Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt.  No entry scheduled without prior payment.  Riders and owners at preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $45 USEF Show Pass Fee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. As of December, 1 2016 all riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level. Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually, including foreign competitors. All membership cards and horse numbers have to be to Stable View secretary by 1/16/18 or a $50 late fee will be owed.

Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls, change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be faxed or e-mailed. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, RIDER/HORSE NUMBERS, SIGNATURES & COGGINS..  

Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes will be allowed after 1/21/18.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send original Coggins. Check  entry status list at  www.evententries.com or www.stableviewfarm.com No other notification method will be used.

Check website & contact immediately if in wrong division, etc. Do not wait until times are posted, check status after you enter.
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Returned check fee: $35.

Mary Alice Brown DVM Amateur Master Rider Series begins. This is an award for all of our Amateur Riders over 50 years of age. A 3-event series ending with our June Horse Trials, culminating in the awarding of the trophy and prizes to the top placing Master Amateur in Beginner Novice. Stabling/Veterinarian:
On-site temporary tent stabling available only: 10x10 stalls with stall doors. Please contact the Stable View office at (484) 356-3173 for more information. Stabling - $200 from Friday 8 AM to Sunday 6 PM; Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. Bedding available for sale on grounds for $8/bag (includes tax).

P-2018 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2018 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2018 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. All dressage will be ridden in grass arenas.
Cross-Country:

Cross Country Courses designed by Mogie Bearden-Muller(MD)
P - 2800 m @ 520 MPM. T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350 MPM. All courses: Average to Challenging  for horses with some experience at this level. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil. Courses will include, water, ditches and banks at all levels.

Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Dogs must be leashed. Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301.
