From I-20: In South Carolina take exit #18 (Hwy 19), go north on Hwy 19 for 1 mile.  Turn left onto Hwy 191 (Old Graniteville Road), go 1.2 mile. Turn right onto Springfield Church Road, entry for Stable View will be 1 1/2 miles on left.

Fees:

Stabling: $200 from Friday 8 am to Sunday 6 pm. Temporary tent stabling available, only. 10x10 stalls with stall doors provided. Please contact Stable View Office at 484-356-3173 for more information.

Grounds Fee:  Competing horse: no additional charge, included in Entry Fee!
Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses = $50.

Entries not postmarked, completed  and paid by closing date 12/26/17 will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 1/7/18.
Returned check fee: $35.00.

REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 12/26/17, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list).  No refunds after 1/7/18. If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

 

Entries:

No entry accepted without payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, 12/26/17, or a $50 late fee per entry will be owed.  Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 12/26/17, or a $50 late fee will be charged.   Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt.  No entry scheduled without prior payment.  Riders and owners at preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $45 USEF show pass fee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number.  As of December, 1 2016 all riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level. Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually.


All membership cards and horse numbers have to be to Stable View secretary by 12/26/17 or a $50 late fee will be owed.

Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls, change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be mailed or e-mailed. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM.  

Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes will be allowed after 1/7/18.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send original Coggins. Check  entry status list at  www.evententries.com or www.stableviewfarm.com No other notification method will be used.

Check website & contact immediately if in wrong division, etc. Do not wait until times are posted, check status after you enter.
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Returned check fee: $35.

Awards:

6 ribbons per division.

TIP Awards and Prizes for the highest placed Thoroughbred Horse at each level. Register your off the track Thoroughbred at http://tjctip.com/default.asp?page=7.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
Stabling - $200 from Friday 8 AM to Sunday 6PM; Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. Bedding available for sale on grounds for $8/bag (includes tax). Temporary tent stabling available only: 10x10 stalls with stall doors. P-2018 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2018 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2018 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2018 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. All dressage will be ridden in grass arenas.
Cross-Country:

Cross Country Courses designed by Mogie Bearden-Muller (MD)
P - 2800 m @ 520 MPM. T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350 MPM. All courses: Easier to Average for horses with some experience at this level. Courses will be good season starter courses. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil.

Other Information:

Total maximum entries 200 for the show. After 200 a wait list will be compiled.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.  

Food on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed. Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301.

*Completed entries include; Entry Form with Signatures, USEA numbers, USEF numbers (if applicable),  Coggins,  Payment, Stabling Form (if applicable) and Stall Deposit Check (if applicable).
