Address: 1332 Highway 14 South, Kosse, TX 76653.
From I-45 Dallas or Houston to Centerville: Hwy. 7 W about 45 miles to Kosse.  Hwy. 14 South for 2.5 miles to gate on left.
From I-35 to Hwy 6 South to Marlin: Hwy. 7 E about 15 miles to Kosse.  Hwy. 14 South for 2.5 miles to gate on left. 
From Dallas: I-45 South to Richland (Hwy. 14) thru Mexia & Groesbeck to Kosse.  Hwy. 14 S. as above.
From Houston/290:  Take Hwy 6 North through Bryan/College Station.  Through Hearn, Calvert to Hwy 14 on right.  Through Bremond 6 miles to gate on right.

Sat: Dressage, all divisions-8 am.  Show Jumping, 11-am. Fall Social Event (competitors social) - 6 pm.
Sun: Cross-country-8 am.
Schedule is TENTATIVE and may be adjusted as entries and weather warrant.

Entry: Per Division
: IP, P, PT: $240.00; T-BN: $225.00; Starter Test: $175.00. 
Double entries: $15.00.
Stabling: $135.00 Friday 8 am - Sunday 8 pm.  Additional nights, email for confirmation, $25/night.  Includes 1 bag shavings (NO outside shavings allowed).  PLEASE STRIP YOUR STALL BEFORE YOU LEAVE. 
Tack Stall: Based on availability, competition management has the right to rescind tack stalls if competition is full.  $125.00 Friday 8 am - Sunday 8 pm.
Grounds Fee: $ 75.00 (non-stabled horses).
Camping(RV HOOK UP): $35.00/night - includes electric, water and pull through RV dump station.  30 amp service at all, some 50 amp available, request 50 amp on entry.

Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- No Refunds. Stabling - No refund unless filled from wait list.  RV - No refund unless space can be filled from wait list.  Absolutely no refunds after 6 pm Tuesday of show week. NO Telephone withdrawals accepted. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Competition cancellation-No refund.

USEA membership required at all levels and horse registration with a Limited status for BN,N,T and Full status for P, except Starter competitors who are exempt from USEA Membership/non-member fees and USEA starter/d&m fees do not apply.  Prelim entries, owners, agents must show proof of USEF membership, or pay $30 show pass (non-member) fee. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $35 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- No Refunds. Competitor Information
Awards:

Dressage ribbons and division ribbons 1st-6th place.  Prizes and awards from show sponsors and donors TBD.   Become a sponsor!  Details at www.MCPTexas.com 

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $135/stall from 8 am Friday to Sunday evening. $75 grounds fee if not stabling. 185 permanent stalls on grounds. Stall doors and 1 bag of shavings provided. NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED.  Bedding available for purchase on grounds or with entry.  $10/bag and will be delivered upon your arrival.  Veterinarian and Farrier phone #'s will be posted in office and at scoreboard.
Check facility map on website for which entrance you need to use based on stall assignment, to access your stalls.  There are 3 gates, so be sure you pull into the correct one!
Accommodations:
List of sponsor hotels on website, mention MCP for special rates. RV Hookups: $35/night (water & electric). Pull through RV dump now open - dump fee included in RV fee.  Generator or other camper use, $15/night, includes use of dump station.  

Note: All RV Hook ups will be assigned as close to stall assignment as possible. We can not ensure that RV spaces will be in the same section as stalls. We will do our absolute best to accommodate, and appreciate your understanding.  If you need 50 amp service, note it on your entry.  All 50 amp plugs are at the south barn. 
Dressage:
Test & arena sizes:  IP-2014 USEF Intermediate Test B-std. arena on grass. P/PT-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-std. arena on grass. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-sm. arena on grass. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-sm. arena on grass. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-sm. arena on grass. Starter Test-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-sm. arena on grass. 
Cross-Country:
NOTE:  DISTANCES ARE APPROXIMATE - OFFICIAL DISTANCES AND TIMES WILL BE POSTED ON GROUNDS. 

IP and P-3000 m @ 520 mpm. PT and T-2300 m @ 470 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1950 m @ 350 mpm. Starter- Max 1500m @ 325 mpm, 10-12 jumping efforts, max fence height 2'3" - Starter will be timed for speed faults only. 
 
All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels and include ditches, banks, combinations and a mix of technical and galloping questions. All courses:  Moderate terrain changes.  Some new fences and new questions for all divisions.  Sandy loam, aerovated footing.

This is a SOCIAL EVENT.  Saturday Fall Social Event/Competitors Party  -  BE THERE AND BE SOCIAL!!!
Dogs (and small children) must be leashed at all times :-)  Loose pet/kid fines to benefit The Milkshake Fund, supporting shelter animals everywhere.

NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES/ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/GOLF CARTS, please.  Pet/Vehicle Policy is posted on grounds and on the website.  Leash policy strictly enforced!!! Please respect the rules!  Special needs vehicle permits available, email in advance for approval.

Sunday morning prayer service - 7am under the stadium pavillion.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!  Every competitor is expected to help, or bring someone with you that can help, for a few hours over the weekend. Volunteers are critical to running an event smoothly.  We always need more jump judges, and you will be rewarded with $10/hour in work credits! We may withhold packets until you sign up, or provide a volunteer on your behalf!
