From South: Either: I-87 N to Exit 21A (Mass. Pike) Get off Exit B-1/ take first Exit after Toll Booth = Exit 12, Rt. 9. Turn left onto Rt. 9 south. Go approx. 1 mile to left onto County Rt. 32. Approx 2 mi. to left onto Woodward Rd. Comp. Entrance on right.
OR: Rt. 22 N to Austerlitz; Turn left onto St. Rt. 203. Follow 8 mi to Chatham. At light, turn right onto Rt. 66 N. follow to Chatham Center, across red metal bridge. In approx 1/2 mi. Rt. 66 goes right, stay straight onto Rt. 17. Follow to Stop. Turn right onto Rt. 203. go thru hamlet of N. Chatham approx. 1 mi to left turn onto Rt. 32 W. Approx 1/2 mi to right onto Woodward Rd. Comp. entrance on right.
From North: Either: I-87S  to I-90 E. Take Exit 12. Turn right onto Rt. 9 south. Approx. 1 mi to left onto Rt. 32E. Approx 2 mi to Woodward Rd. on left. Comp. Entrance on right. Or: Rt. 22 south to Rt. 20 West to Nassau. At light turn left onto Rt. 203. Follow 4 mi to right onto Rt. 32 W. Approx. 1/2 mi to Woodward Rd. on right. Comp. entrance on right.
From East: Mass Pike West to Exit B-1. Take Exit 12 after toll booth. turn left onto Rt. 9 so. Approx. 1 mi. to left onto Rt. 32 E. Appox. 2 mi to Woodward Rd. on left. Comp. entrance on right.

Competition cancellation: No refund unless circumstances allow partial refund at discretion of Organizer.  USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries:

Intro Test is full HT w/XC, max. ht. 2'. Entry includes $25 non-refundable Office Fee. Divisions may be divided; state age and experience on Entry Form. Intro entries do not need to be USEA members, non-membership fee and starter fee does not apply. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all entries. All non-competing horses must receive permission from Organizer, pay $20 fee and get a number from the Sec.  No pinney deposit required.

Test and arena sizes: PT: 2014 USEA Prelim. Test A-Sm. T- USEA Training Test B-Sm.  N-2014 USEA Novice Test B-Sm.  BN: USEA Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Intro Eventing Test: 2015 USDF Intro Test C-Sm. Dressage arenas on sand; warm-up on sand or grass.
Cross-Country:
PT: 2500m @ 470mpm. T: 2200m @ 440mpm. N: 1600m @ 375. BN: 1400m @ 350. Intro Eventing Test: 1300m @ 325. All courses open and inviting on mostly flat terrain. Water for all levels. Intro will have Option at the water. Other levels expect bank. ditch, and turning questions appropriate for the Level. Photos of several jumps on Larkin Hill website.  Cross Country course Closed.

Parking will be tight. cars and trailers cannot be parked together. Please follow Parking Attendants directions. Dogs must be kept on leash and under control. Food Concession on grounds.  Schooling/clinic info at www.larkinhill.com

We will be using the Permanent Pinny holder system. Riders will be responsible for purchasing their own holder, the event will supply the numbers. They can be purchased thru Bit of Britain, or we will have some available for sale at the event for $20
