Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Double entries: Not accepted.

ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT.
Entries received after closing date may be accepted and are subject to a $30 post entry fee, $30 charge for incomplete/incorrect entry/non-negotiable check/each change after C.D. Changes must be in writing.

Refunds: Before C.D. - Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D. - Entry/Stabling-No refund. Signed withdrawals must be in writing and received by 9 pm, April 25. Withdrawal or changes will not be accepted by phone. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: USEA Starter and D&M Fees shall be returned, within 30 days of the completion of the competition, to any rider who withdraws prior to the start of the dressage test.

Temporary stalls. $100/stall/night on grounds. Stalls 10 by 10 with doors. $30 stall cleaning deposit-separate check. Limited number of Tack Stall available. NO BEDDING PROVIDED, SHAVINGS FOR SALE MUST BE REQUESTED WITH ENTRY, $8.00/BAG.
Stabling form must be included with entry. Specify Friday or Saturday night. SATURDAY PM stalls available after 4:00 PM.

Test & arena sizes: P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm; T-2014 USEF Training Test A-Sm; N-2014 USEF Novice Test A-Sm; BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A- Sm. Three Arenas: 1 Grass 20m x 40m, 2 Sand 20m x 40m. Warm up may be on grass.
P?3200 m @ 520 mpm. T?2200 m @ 450 mpm. N?1850 m @ 350 mpm. BN?1600 m @ 300 mpm/max. fence height 2'7". Terrain: Fields, wooded trails, good galloping. All courses: T/N: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels. BN: Good for first time starter at this level. P-Good galloping, open fields, moderate difficulty. All courses include drops/banks/water and ditches that are appropriate for the beginning of the Event Season. Cross?country course closed April 16.
