PAPER NUMBER PINNIES will be in effect for cross country. Riders must bring pinny holders with them.
PAYMENT: All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US banks; no foreign checks. All monies paid after July 1 must be in form of credit card/money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions). Office fee will be billed to no-show, no-pay entries!
USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except FEH handler.
CHANGES: Any change to entry subject to $30 fee and must be in writing (fax, email or mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. $50 fee for returned checks. Include printed, legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Scratches/Changes must be in writing via mail, fax, email only. A fee will be charged for any changes made to entry: $30/ change fee, $50 changes after June 20. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Any entry which is incomplete as of 6:00 pm Sunday, July 1, will be charged an additional $20 PER MISSING ITEM. This includes, signature pages, coggins, horse or rider numbers, etc.

54 permanent stalls with stall doors, in addition there will be temporary stalls in the adjoining indoor enclosure, if warranted. $75 per night includes one bale of straw. STRAW BEDDING ONLY! Include a SEPARATE $50 check muck deposit. Stalls must be stripped and swept. Competitors wishing to stay for the week, call (301) 514-0111. pasture that will be aggravated. New areas of ground have
been opened up to help add flow and length. I/P/T Challenging tracks, I/P
has terrain and accuracy questions. T has terrain questions
that focus on the development of better balance and accuracy. N/BN Rolling terrain, good educational and inviting tracks. Courses will change between Week 1 and 2. Different tracks (not a "move up" course) are offered for week 2. Beginner Novice will not be offered week 2.

DOGS: GR1301.6 will be STRICHTLY ENFORCED. There will be a $100 fine for any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner may be asked to leave the grounds. Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’ behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards.
