Tentative Schedule:
Friday: Secretary Office Open at 10 am. Grounds open at 12 Noon unless previously arranged. Cross-country courses open 3 PM. 
Saturday: Dressage (All Levels), Cross Country, Show Jumping, The Amateur Novice Masters Challenge will run all three phases on Saturday with Stadium start time at 6:30 pm.
Sunday: Cross Country, Show Jumping.
All riders will compete Saturday, and Sunday. The schedule may be adjusted so it is highly recommended that competitors check the website after closing date or when ride times are posted. Final schedule will be posted on the website,

Competition cancellation-25% of entry fee refunded; no stabling fees refunded. USEA Starter and D&M Refund Policy: USEA Starter and D&M Fees shall be returned, within 30 days of the competition, to any rider who withdraws prior to the start of the dressage test.
All entries without payment will be immediately placed on waitlist until payment is complete. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Note: USEA/USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. Add these association fees to your entry fee. All entries must be received by Secretary by closing date or a $50 late entry fee per entry will be owed. If entry is hand delivered contact must be made with the show secretary. Double entries: Not Accepted. Only USA funds accepted.  Entries limited to 4 horses per rider per level. If overbooked, management reserves right to limit a rider to 2 horses in competition. USEA membership required at all levels. USEF membership required at preliminary level for owner, rider, and trainer. Paper numbers will be issued for Cross Country. Refunds: Before C.D.-Entry & Stabling Less $25 non-refundable office fee; after C.D.-Entry – no refund. Any entry not complete by closing date will be charged a $50 late fee. Late entry fee will be enforced. All changes must be in writing (fax/email OK) and after closing will be subject to a $30 fee. Competition cancellation-25% of entry fee refunded; no stabling fees refunded. Copy of current Neg. Coggins (within 12 months) must accompany entry or entry will be considered incomplete. USEA Starter and D&M Refund Policy: USEA Starter and D&M Fees shall be returned, within 30 days of the competition, to any rider who withdraws prior to the start of the dressage test. If current Emergency information and Horse and Rider experience is not included on entry, entry will be considered incomplete. $50 charge for bounced check and entry will be waitlisted. It is the competitor´s responsibility to be familiar with qualification requirements & to enter the proper division.

Tiffany & Co Prizes & 8 ribbons per division. Award: Barbara S. Meyer Perpetual Trophy, awarded to the best FCHT competitor overall low scoring active NY/UC Region member of the US Pony Club, sponsored by Millbrook Pony Club (Regional Trophy Presentation with awarded competitor's framed photo).
The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP) will award Prize Money and Ribbons to the best scoring TB at each level.

Amateur Novice Masters Challenge
: Competitors please note this division on the entry form. This division is open to Amateur riders, 40 years+, and will be run over a championship-style course.  Birth date must be stated on entry form. Riders in this division may not have completed more than two horse trials at the Training level or above in the previous 24 months. The Amateur Novice Masters Challenge will ride in the spirit of an amateur competition with stadium jumping scheduled at 6:30pm during the Saturday Nite Social.  2 tickets to the Saturday Nite Social will be included with each ANMC entry.  Prizes will include $2000 in prize money, product awards, trophy and ribbons.


Temporary stabling (10x10 stalls) available on grounds. Stall doors provided. Entrance/exit gated. $195 for duration (Friday Noon-Sunday 7 PM). NO INITIAL BEDDING PROVIDED. STABLING OFFICE CLOSES AT 7 PM. Please use only one person's/farm's name for all "stable with" requests. Hay/shavings available for purchase. Email [email protected] to reserve shavings. Test & arena sizes: -2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. -2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N -2014 USEF Novice Test B -Sm. BN -2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Sand & grass rings. 

Substantial changes to all 2017 XC tracks.  Paper numbers will be issued for Cross Country. Bring your own bib. Length of course and optimum times will be posted on the start box and at the secretary stand, Friday by 3 pm.  P-3300 m @ 520 mpm. T-2600 m @ 470 mpm. N-2200 m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Attention given to course preparation to achieve excellent footing for tracks over 130 acres of rolling mowed fields. Water, ditch, drops and banks as levels permit. Wide variety of jumps, substantially built and decorated, creating better than average courses for horses with experience at the level. Not considered move-up courses. Course design by Derek di Grazia. Cross-country course closed June 23, 2017.

Entry limit 240. If schedule permits, post entries will be accepted at an additional charge of $50 per entry. Divisions may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Management reserves the right to cancel or combine any divisions, and accept or refuse any entry in accordance with Article EV119. Excellent food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed at all times. A $30 fine enforced. NO unlicensed driver allowed to drive any motorized vehicle on the property at any time. Penalty of $100 fine: Strictly enforced by Security. Non-competing horses: fee $50 plus stabling. Must register with secretary in advance. Current negative Coggins required. Must sign waiver in office and be issued a non competing horse number.  All awards must be collected by Sunday July 23rd. Any mailed awards post event will be charged $15.
