Wed: 9 am Jumping Tests Intro 8:30-9:30; BN 9:45-11:30; N 11:45-1:15; T 1:30- 2:30; P 2:30-3. $20. 9am Dressage tests $25.  (ticketed, and assigned ride times)

T3D/N3D in-barn inspection, 11am to 1pm; T3D/N3D, trot up 2pm;
FEH/YEH-10am conformation, Dressage, and Jumping Test to follow:
Cross-country course open-3pm. Mandatory briefing-4pm.

Welcome Party Hosted 6pm

Thurs: Dressage- 8am; T3D/N3D Steeplechase schooling (assigned times after dressage).
Fri: 7:30am  X-C,  Competitor's party-6:30pm.

Stabling: $160.00 (Tuesday.through Sunday 10 am); Additional days: $25/day.
Non-competing horses: $100.00 for weekend, plus stabling $160.00.
Camping: $20 per rig/night (no -hookups, NEW, PAYABLE WITH ENTRY).
Teams: $5.00 per person.

Full Refund before CD;  After C.D. only if either entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, a refund for either less $25 office fee will be given. Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days o f the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE!   Entries received after C.D. are subject to a $30 post entry fee. An entry is considered complete if it received by hard copy, or Xentry, with full payment before closing date.   If your entry fulfills these requirements you will not be charged a late fee.  Changes to Entry: After C.D. $25; prior to C.D. no charge. Double Entries: Accepted, non-refundable $20 fee.  Returned check fee $25. Entry Fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Incomplete entries  (complete= all fees paid and required information provided) by CD will be charged $35 processing fee. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer, and owner.  USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate ,Full, or Life) and horse registration ( limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro and Pre-comp: USEA membership/non-membership fees are waived  and the USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. CT entrants who are not current USEA members must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee, but are exempt from USEA Starter and Drug Fees.  Full Refund before CD;  After C.D. only only if either entry or stabling can be filled from wait list,a refund for either less $25 office fee will be given. Competitor Information

Prizes 1st- 4th. 8 Ribbons per division.

Coconino Challenge: Spring Coconino, Summer Coconino I or Western Underground Inc. Summer Coconino II.  Best 2 scores count.
Stabling is limited. 200 permanent stalls on grounds.  Stall doors provided.  $160/stall Tuesday 8 am through Sun 10 am.; includes 1 initial bedding. Please order your shavings, with your entry. Shavings are $10.00 per bag.  Additional days: $25/day.  Tack stalls:  $155 only if available due to limited stabling. $100.00 trailer-in fee for non-stabled horses. $100.00 fee for non-competing horses, plus stabling. If your horse competed last weekend that horse is not considered a non-compete horse and you will pay the regular stabling fee.  Non-competing horses will be issued bridle tags that must be worn at all times beginning at 3pm Thurs. Feed/hay/bedding available for purchase; further info from sec. Stabling requests must accompany entry.

Test & arena sizes: I/IP-2014 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test B-Std. T3D -2014 USEF Training 3-Day Event Test-Std.  N3D- 2012 USEA Novice 3-Day Event Test-Std.  T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Intro: 2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm.  CT's will use the same dressage tests as the horse trials, except advance will be test of choice, indicate test on entry form. Arenas: cinders, and sand.
I-2800 m @ 530 mpm.  IP/P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T3D- XC-2400m @ 450mpm.  T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N3D- XC- 2000 m @ 400 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1600 m 350 mpm. Intro-1500 m 300mpm water option: Terrain: High elevation, 6500'.  Water on all courses. All courses: Good footing, lots of trees, winding through forest; some rolling terrain. Cross-country course closed.
Other Information:

Cross-country course closed. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and rider´s birth date on entry. Entry limit: 200.  Dogs must be leashed. $50 fine for loose dogs; money donated to the course development fund. No unauthorized motorized vehicles on the cross-country course.  Teams of 3-4, best 3 scores count, team members at same level. Be sure to mark your team name, and Division down on your entry. Welcome party Wed. 6 pm.  competitor Party: 6:30 pm, Friday, one ticket included with entry. Additional tickets $15. The TR & N3 Day Test is planned to be an educational fun competition. We will teach you how to present your horse for the trot-ups. Give yourself a chance to school a steeplechase fence. Learn all about the vet box. There will be talks every day from top riders and instructors on all the phases of a 3-day competition.
T3D Qualifications: Both Horse and Rider must complete Four Training Level Horse Trials meeting the NQR's and one must be obtained as a combination. Riders who are established at the preliminary level or higher, may compete on a horse that has completed Two Training Level Horse Trials meeting the NQR's.  N3D Qualifications: Rider must have completed with a numerical final score, 4 Novice HTs or higher.
