From the East (Shreveport Area) – Take I-20 West to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Left (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.
From the West (Dallas Area) – Take I-20 East to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Right (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.
From the South (Houston Area) – Take US 287 North to TX-155 towards Tyler.  At FM-2661 turn Left. Left again at TX-64, Right on CR-413, then Left at FM -724.  Follow FM -724 to CR-42 and turn Right. At TX-110 turn Left – TRHP is on the Right.
From the South (San Antonio Area) – Take I-35 North to US-84 and turn Right.  Follow US-84 to TX-31, turn Right.  At FM-314 turn Left, Right on to FM-279, Left on to FM -314 then Right on to CR-4906. At CR-4907 turn Left to a Right turn at CR-4908 (this road turns into CR-426).  At CR-422 turn Right, then Right on to FM-1995 and Right on to TX-110.  TRHP is on the Right.
From the North (Oklahoma City Area) – Take I-35 South towards Dallas to I-635 East to I-635 South to US-80 East to I-20 East towards Shreveport to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Right (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.

Tentative Schedule:
Thursday:  Stabling open for horses at 12:00 Noon Thursday unless early arrival arrangements are made with entry.  Cross-Country courses open at 3:00PM.  Check in for CIC/CCI horses - 12:00 Noon to 4:00PM.  Jog up for CCI horses (Formal) 5:00PM.

Friday:  Dressage, CIC2*/CCI1*/OI/OP/T-Sr - 9:30AM;  Noon:  Show Jumping - CIC2* competitors.  CIC/CCI competitor's briefing at pavilion 5:30PM; Competitor's Dinner and Party - 6:00-8:00PM.

Saturday:  Dressage (T-Jr, N, BN, Starter) - 8:00AM; Cross Country, CIC2*, CCI1*, OI, OP, T - 9:30AM.  Show Jumping - Horse Trial (N, BN, Starter) 10:30AM.

Sunday:  Jog up for CCI Horses 8:00AM; Show Jumping - CCI, OI, OP, T 9:30AM; Cross-Country (N, BN, Starter) 8:30AM

Fees:
Attention US riders:  Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUA/Frames/FEI/Entgry/Default.aspx or they will not be considered complete.  There is no fee to submit an entry through this system.  Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process.  Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule.  Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation.

Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to TRHP ,LLC, Please include drivers license number on all checks. US Checks or Money Orders only.  No Foreign Checks.
Entry: CIC2*/CCI1*:  $515.00  I: $225.00 P: $225.00  T/TR/N/NR/BN/BNR/Starter: $200.00.
Late fee:  after closing date: $50.00.

Stabling/Tack Stall: $155.00, Horse Stall includes 3 bags of shavings. Early move-ins, Arriving before 12:00NOON, Thursday, May 11th or Late Move-outs after 7:00pm Sunday, May 14th will incur additional stall fee of $35.00. Trailer-in/Grounds Fee: $60.00 - Non Stabled Horse (haul ins).  All horses, competitors, RV's etc, must be off grounds by 7:00PM Sunday, May 14th.

Shavings:  Additional shavings may be purchased at $9.00 per bag.  Advance orders for Additional Shavings, should be sent to TRHP by Monday, May 8th, and is highly recommended.    All Shavings orders should be in by 2:00pm each day for same day delivery.  Advance Order form can be found at http://www.texasrosehorsepark.com/forms/Master%20Feed-Hay%20Order%20Form%206-2016.pdf   Do not include with entry. No Outside Shavings Allowed.

Stall Deposit: $25.00 (separate check) will not be cashed if stall is stripped at end of event.  Stabling changes without permission from secretary will result in a $50.00 fine.  Remember to put group name on form.

Golf Carts:  Golf Carts Available for rent at $75/per day.  Advance reservations for golf carts required, reservation form and payment should be received by May 1st, sent to TRHP.  Golf Cart rental agreement athttp://www.texasrosehorsepark.com/forms/Golf_Cart_Rental_Agreement2016.pdf . Do not include with entry.

Camping: RV hookup $35/night (electric & water). Advance reservations required, reservation form and payment should be received by May 8th, sent to TRHP.  RV Reservation form at http://www.texasrosehorsepark.com/forms/RV%20Reservation%20with%20CC.pdf.  Do not include with entry.

NSF Fee: $50.00.

Entries:
Paper Number Pinnies will be in effect for cross country.  Riders must bring pinny holders with them.

Entry fees per division and include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.

All Intermediate and Preliminary entries, owners and agents must show proof of USEF membership, or pay $30 non-member fee.  All entries must have three signatures, Rider, Owner, and Trainer.

All CIC/CCI competitors must use the 2017 CIC/CCI Entry Form.  All US CIC2*/1* horses must have a National or FEI Passport, all foreign CIC horses must have a FEI passport.  All CIC horses and riders must be registered with the FEI for 2017.  Include printed, legible and current email address on entry.  All correspondence from secretary will be via email.

Refunds: Before Closing Date-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After Closing Date-Entry-Less $30 only if place can be filled from wait list. Stable-No refund. No telephone withdrawals accepted, faxes or emails only.

Wait List Policy:  After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received.  Only entries received by Closing Date are placed on the Wait List.  All entries received after the closing date are ineligible for the Wait List.  Once scheduling of the competition is complete, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only.  The Wait List expires on Friday, May 30th at 9 pm.  All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the Wait List.  After the Closing Date and before the termination of the wait list, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the wait list.  Scratches after the close of the wait list date are not eligible for a refund.  With the expiration of the Wait List, no scratched spots are filled.

Awards:
CIC2*/CCI1*:  $2500.00 prize money.  1st place prizes & 6 ribbons per division.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$155 /stall (12 x 12) from 12:00Noon Thursday thru Sunday eve. $35 per night for extra nights, early arrivals need to make prior arrangements by calling Texas Rose Horse Park at 903-882-8696, 337 perm stalls on grounds.  Stall doors.  All horses, competitors, RV's etc, must be off grounds by 7:00PM Sunday, May 14th.

CCI1*-4400m @ 520 mpm.  CIC2* - 3500m @ 550 mpm.  AI/I-3200m @ 550 mpm. P-2200 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm, 16 efforts, max height 2'6". Starter-1400m @ 300mpm, max 2'.
All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.  Intermediate and Preliminary Courses are not move up courses.
Cross-country course will be closed May 16th.

Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Show grounds are stressful for many dogs and their presence is discouraged; if present, must be controlled and leashed.

Absolutely no smoking in barns.  Please field strip your cigarettes and pocket filters.

NO VEHICLES ON COURSE!
