Directions:
Directions to the Texas Rose Horse Park.
Address: 14078 State Hwy 110 N Tyler, TX 75704.
From the East (Shreveport Area) – Take I-20 West to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Left (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.
From the West (Dallas Area) – Take I-20 East to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Right (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.
From the South (Houston Area) – Take US 287 North to TX-155 towards Tyler.  At FM-2661 turn Left. Left again at TX-64, Right on CR-413, then Left at FM -724.  Follow FM -724 to CR-42 and turn Right. At TX-110 turn Left – TRHP is on the Right.
From the South (San Antonio Area) – Take I-35 North to US-84 and turn Right.  Follow US-84 to TX-31, turn Right.  At FM-314 turn Left, Right on to FM-279, Left on to FM -314 then Right on to CR-4906. At CR-4907 turn Left to a Right turn at CR-4908 (this road turns into CR-426).  At CR-422 turn Right, then Right on to FM-1995 and Right on to TX-110.  TRHP is on the Right.
From the North (Oklahoma City Area) – Take I-35 South towards Dallas to I-635 East to I-635 South to US-80 East to I-20 East towards Shreveport to the Van/Tyler Highway 110 exit (#548), turn Right (South).  Go approximately 1 mile – TRHP is on the Left.

Stabling open at 10:00 AM unless early arrival arrangements must be made with TRHP, Show Office 903-882-8696. Cross-Country course open-3:00 PM. FEH and YEH - 4:00 PM. Welcome Party, 6-8 PM. 
Sat: All Dressage-8:00 AM; Upper Level Show Jumping-10:00AM; Lower Levels Cross Country 1:00PM.
Sun: Upper Levels Cross-country-8 AM; Lower Levels Show Jumping-8 AM.
Starting Times:
Available March 29th on website: www.texasrosehorsepark.com.  Times will not be mailed.  Times will be emailed to all competitors that submit  a valid email address.

Entry:
I: $225.00 P: $225.00  T/TR/N/NR/BN/BNR/Starter: $200.00; FEH: $95.00; YEH: 125.00.
Late fee:  after closing date: $50.00.

Stabling/Tack Stall: $155.00, Horse Stall includes 3 bags of shavings. Early move-ins, Arriving before 10:00am, Friday, March 31 or Late Move-outs after 7:00pm Sunday, April 2 will incur additional stall fee of $35.00. Trailer-in/Grounds Fee: $60.00 - Non Stabled Horse (haul ins). 

Shavings:  Additional shavings may be purchased at $9.00 per bag.  Advance orders for Additional Shavings, should be sent to TRHP by Monday, March 27th, and is highly recommended.    All Shavings orders should be in by 2:00pm each day for same day delivery.  Advance Order form can be found at http://www.texasrosehorsepark.com/forms/Master%20Feed-Hay%20Order%20Form%206-2016.pdf   Do not include with entry. No Outside Shavings Allowed.

Stall Deposit: $25.00 (separate check) will not be cashed if stall is stripped at end of event.  Stabling changes without permission from secretary will result in a $50.00 fine.  Remember to put group name on form.

Refunds: 
Before Closing Date - full refund Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After Closing Date - if presented with Dr. or Vet certificate, entry fee less $50 cancellation fee, refund is a non-transferable credit voucher good for 1 year entry fee to a Texas Rose Horse Park Horse Trial.  Stalls: refunded only if spot can be filled from wait list.  No telephone withdrawals accepted, emails only.  Competition cancellation - No refund.

USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: 
The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Golf Carts:  Golf Carts Available for rent at $75/per day.  Advance reservations for golf carts required, reservation form and payment should be received by March 13th, sent to TRHP.  Golf Cart rental agreement at

Camping: RV hookup $35/night (electric & water). Advance reservations required, reservation form and payment should be received by March 27th, sent to TRHP.  RV Reservation form at http://www.texasrosehorsepark.com/forms/RV%20Reservation%20with%20CC.pdf.  Do not include with entry.

NSF Fee: $50.00.  

Entries:

Paper Number Pinnies will be in effect for cross country.  Riders must bring pinny holders with them.

Entry fees per division and include a $25 non-refundable office fee.  USEA current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply.

All Preliminary & Intermediate entries, owners and agents must show proof of USEF membership, or pay $30 non-member.  All entries must have three signatures: Rider, Owner and Trainer.

Wait List Policy:  After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received.  Only entries received by Closing Date are placed on the Wait List.  All entries received after the closing date are ineligible for the Wait List.  Once scheduling of the competition is complete, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only.  The Wait List expires on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 9pm.  All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the Wait List.  After the Closing Date and before the termination of the Wait List, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the Wait List.  Scratches after the close of the Wait List are not eligible for a refund.  With the expiration of the Wait List, no scratched spots are filled.

Awards:
1st place prizes & 6 ribbons per division.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$155 /stall (12 x 12) from 10:00AM Friday thru Sunday eve. $35 per night for extra nights, early arrivals need to make prior arrangements by calling Texas Rose Horse Park at 903-882-8696, 337 perm stalls on grounds.  Stall doors.

Cross-Country:
I-3200 m @550 mpm. P-2200 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm, 16 efforts, max height 2'6".  Starter: 1400m @ 300 mpm, max 2'.   All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.

Show grounds are stressful for many dogs and their presence is discouraged; if present, must be controlled and leashed.

Absolutely no smoking in barns.  Please field strip your cigarettes and pocket filters.
