Directions:
From I-20: In South Carolina take exit #18 (Hwy 19), go north on Hwy 19 for 1 mile.  Turn left onto Hwy 191 (Old Graniteville Road), go 1.2 mile. Turn right onto Springfield Church Road, entry for Stable View will be 1 1/2 miles on left.

Show Office:                 Mon:     Noon to 6 PM.

                                       Tues:    6:30 AM to 6 PM.

                                       Wed:    7 AM to end of show.
Mon:
Cross-Country course open-3:00 PM.
Tues:  All Dressage: 8:00 AM;  All Cross-Country 10 AM.
Wed: Show Jumping-9 AM. Each Class will jump in reverse order. Awards ceremony with prizes  held immediately after each class finishes.

Total maximum entries 220 for event and 40 per division. After 220/40 a wait list will be compiled.

Fees:

Stabling: Limited on-grounds stabling available - see below. Please contact Stable View Office at 484-356-3173 for list of possible stabling sites.

Grounds Fee: Competing horse: no additional charge,  included in Entry Fee!
Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses = $50.00.

Entries not postmarked, completed  and paid by closing date 3/7/17 will be charged a $25 late fee. No changes will be processed after 3/14/17.
Returned check fee: $25.00.

REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. 3/7/17, refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). If for any reason the show is canceled- Partial credit. USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($21), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries:

No entry accepted without payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES must be postmarked by closing date, 3/7/17, or a $25 late fee per entry will be owed.  Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by 3/7/17, or a $25 late fee will be charged.   Hand delivered entries must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify receipt.  No entry scheduled without prior payment.  Riders and owners at preliminary must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or a $30 USEF Show Pass Fee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. As of December, 1 2016 all riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level. Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually, including foreign competitors. All membership cards and horse numbers have to be to Stable View secretary by 3/7/17 or a $25 late fee will be owed.

Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no phone calls, change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be faxed or e-mailed. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM.  

Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. No changes will be allowed after 3/14/17.
Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send original Coggins. Check  entry status list at  www.evententries.com or www.stableviewfarm.com No other notification method will be used.

Check website & contact immediately if in wrong division, etc. Do not wait until times are posted, check status after you enter.
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Returned check fee: $25.

Awards:
PRIZE MONEY AWARDED FOR ALL LEVELS!

Up to $15,000 in Prize Money will be awarded. Each level /division will be awarded some portion of the prize money.  For Details, please go to www.stableviewfarm.com to see the Prize List.

TIP Awards and Prizes for the highest placed Thoroughbred Horse at each level. Register your off the track Thoroughbred at http://tjctip.com/default.asp?page=7.
Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited on-site Stabling available. Please contact the Stable View office at (484) 356-3173 for more information. Stabling - $75/show nights 3/20 & 3/21; all on site stalls at least 12x12 permanent w/doors. Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED. Bedding available for sale on grounds for $6/bag (includes tax). Aiken County Pony Club offering stall stripping services for a $25 donation. Call Rebecca Guitierrez at (803) 646-0462 to make arrangements.

Test & arena sizes: 
P-2014 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2014 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2014 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2014 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. All dressage will be ridden in grass arenas.
Cross-Country:

Cross Country Courses designed by Captain Mark Phillips (GBR)
P - 2800 m @ 520 MPM. T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350 MPM.  All courses: Average to Challenging  for horses with some experience at this level. All levels will have water, ditches and banks. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated turf on slightly rolling sandy loam soil.
?Cross-country Course is closed year round - only open for specific volunteer schooling days immediately following Horse Trials and the Horse Trials itself.

Other Information:

Total maximum entries 220 for event and 40 per division. After 220/40 a wait list will be compiled.
Competitor Wine and Cheese Party following the finish of Cross-Country on Saturday. See website or Scoreboard for additional information.

Cross-country Course is closed year round - only open for specific volunteer schooling days immediately following Horse Trials and the Horse Trials itself.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.  

Food on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed. Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301.

Ice available in the Main Barn free of charge.
