Thurs:  Barns open at Noon. Cross-country courses open-3 pm.  ATC Team Dinner and team draw for placement and times - 6:00 pm.
Fri: Dressage-9 am   CCI* ,I, OP P, ALL ATC Levels . Show Jumping Test 3:00 pm .
Sat: Dressage  ALL T/N/BN  8 am. Cross-country Oakhill side of the facility - CCI*, I, OP. All other P, All ATC Levles  & some T divisions will run on the main complex side approx 1:00;  Show Jumping T/N/BN -10 am.
Sun: Show Jumping: I, CCI1* OP, P, all ATC (reverse order of placings) with parade of teams prior - 8 am; Cross-country (T/N/BN)-9 am.

Entries:
All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. All entries will receive confirmation via e-mail. Show Jumping Test Friday evening, November 2 - sign up in show office starting at noon - limited number of spaces available $30.00. Double entries: NOT Accepted. CCI1*: Foreign Horses must have an Official FEI Passport. FEI passport is not required for U.S Horses, but a USEF National Passport is required for all U.S. CCI1* Horses. VET. REGS. APPENDIX VI: All horses and ponies for which an FEI Passport, or a National Passport approved by the FEI has been issued, must have the vaccination section endorsed by a veterinarian, stating that it has received two injections for primary vaccination against equine influenza, given between 1 and 3 months apart. In addition, a booster injection must be recorded as having been given within each succeeding 6 months, subsequent to the second injection of the primary vaccination. None of these injections must have been given within the preceding 7 days including the day of the competition or of entry into the competition stables. The above are the minimum requirements for influenza vaccination. Both primary and first and subsequent booster injections should be given according to the manufacturer's instructions which will fall within the stipulation of the FEI ruling. All CCI1* Riders & Horses must be recorded with the FEI, USEF, USEA. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D-No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses. Non-competing horses are welcome on grounds. $50.00 per horse, plus appropriate stabling fees. Must sign waiver in office and be issued a non-competing horse number. Riding will be restricted to published times and areas . Absolutely NO ATV's allowed at VHC.  Absolutely no motorize vechiles on Cross Country courses at any time. All Withdrawals must be made in writing, postmarked, emailed, or faxed, no later than Closing Date. All changes to entry must be made in writing before C.D., any change to entry stats/stabling /post entries after C.D. a processing fee will be charged according to chart above. Attn: VAHT on entry envelope. ABSOLUTELY NO TELEPHONE WITHDRAWALS, CHANGES, OR STABLING REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

CCI*:  Special award for Best Conditioned horse and Best Turned Out. rider,  Gift & 6 ribbons. ATC  team ribbons thru 8th place, team gifts and awards sponsored by the Chronicle of the Horse, completion ribbons . HTs Gift & 6 ribbons. Show Jumping Test -  Cash back, top three places & 6 ribbons.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$45.00 per day/night. Barns open up noon Thursday. Early arrivals=$ 55 per night/day; layover additional fees require call ahead to arrange. 800 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided, no initial bedding provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase. All entries must have a stabling form. All stabling requests must be in writing by C.D., additional requests after C.D. subject to $40 processing fee.  ATC and College Team will be issue a free tack stall for a team of four. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES IN STABLING after Oct 23. Any horses found in unassigned stalls will be fined $100, must move & pay fine before dressage! Bedding: Straw & shavings only! Accommodations:

Book early, busy college weekend. Complete listing of accommodations can be found on website, www.vahorsetrials.com. Expedia.com good deals. 1000 rooms up to 5 miles from event. Camping: The Virginia Horse Center has 78 Camping Spots with 30/50amp electric and water hookups. Reservations can be made online at stableoffice@horsecenter.org under the facilities link. Selection of reserved site is still first come, first served upon arrival. Camping without reservations will be permitted if there are vacancies. Questions can be directed to stableoffice@ horsecenter.org or 540-464-2966. NO prepay or reservations accepted via entry form.

Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: CCI1*-2009 FEI Eventing One-star Test B-Std. All I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. All P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. All T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. All N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. All BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm.  Arenas: Bluestone/Perma-flex mix.
Cross-Country:
CCI1*- 3800m @520 mpm. Good introduction toe the * level. Expect two water complexes, corners, banks, drops, gates, coops, brushes, and rolling terrain. I-3300m @ 550mpm, Expect rolling terrain, good move up course , P-2600 m @ 520 mpm; expect water, banks, ditches, corners and skinnies. Only the OP  will run XC on the Oakhill property,3000 m @ 520 mpm. expect a slightly more difficult course then P ( same side as I) All T-2300 m @ 450 mpm, expect water, banks, ditches, angled combinations. All N-2000m @ 400 m, expect water, banks , ditch/log, combination. All BN- 1800m @ 350mpm, expect water, intro ditch, step up . All courses: rolling terrain.  All tracks will be aerated if necessary.
Other Information:

Absolutely NO ATVs allowed at VHC. No motorized vehicle on the cross country course
Cross-country courses only available for schooling at VHT Starter HT - Sept 1 & 2
Riders limited to total of 5 horses. Levels may be divided or combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
PH open to horses never to have completed above the Intermediate level.
TH open to horses never to have completed above Preliminary level.
JT open to competitors through the end of their 18th birthday year.
NH open to horses never to have completed above the Training level.
JN open to competitors through the end of their 18th birthday year.

Food available on grounds.  One ATC team dinner ticker per rider. Husbands, coaches, guests are welcome at the Team dinner at $20.00 per ticket & I need to know by Oct 29.
Competitors BONFIRE , Saturday evening, one ticket per rider, extra tickets available at office-$12.00. 
Dogs must be leashed. Unleashed dogs will be fined $50 . Will be enforced by security.
