Directions:

Farm Address: 1432 Augusta Rd, Thomson, GA 30824. Farm is 2 miles east of Thomson on US 78/278.
From I-20 Eastbound: Exit 172, right on GA 17, 2 miles to light at GA 17 bypass. Turn left, then go straight thru next two intersections, cross RR tracks to stop light at US 78/278 East. Turn left, main farm entrance is ½ mile on left at brick sign.
From I-20 Westbound: Exit 175, left on GA 150, 3 miles to GA 17 bypass. Turn left at light go through one 4-way stop, cross RR tracks to stop light at US 78/278 East. Turn left, main farm entrance is ½ mile on left at brick sign.

No Canadian Checks or money orders/No Canadian bank routing numbers even if drawn on US bank, or entry will not be accepted, due to an  international clearing house fee charged to us.  One check per horse! If not, you will have to wait on a refund if you scratch one of the horses before CD. One check per horse allows us to tear up the check if you scratch before CD.
Entry: P: $185.00; T/N/BN: $175.00, postmarked after CD, add $25 late fee to entry.  Contact Pine Top for availability.
Grounds Fee: $50.00 (non-stabled horses)
Stabling: $125. Additional nights, $20
Tack Stall: $125, only if available after all enterd horses are assigned stalls
Non-compete: $25.00 surcharge
Camping: $30.00/night, see notes under stabling
Returned checks: $50 fee
Entries:
Please enter through Xentry and pay with credit card.  If paying by check, must receive within 7 days of online entry. Double entries: Not accepted. No entry accepted or sceduled, without payment included with entry. Refunds: Before C.D.-Check will be voided. After C.D.- Half credit until midnight October 7th, after October 7th, no credit. No refund after C.D. Entry fee includes non-refundable $25 office fee.  Scratches & changes must be e-mailed with complete info. NO PHONE CALLS ACCEPTED.  $25 fee for each change. Change of horse or rider, requires a new entry faxed or e-mailed. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE. All owners and riders at Prelim and/or above, must send current copies of USEF card.  If not, then you will be required to pay a non refundable USEF non- member fee at check in.  Entries postmarked after C.D. must include a $25 late fee, contact Pine Top for availability.  Competition cancellation-No refund. Fees due at check-in must be paid in cash. Be prepared to show current 12 month Coggins at arrival.  Check www.pinetopfarm.com for entry status.  Let us know immediately by e-mail if staus is incorrect.
Competitor Information
Awards:

Prizes & 8 big pretty, ribbons per division.   Will mail ribbon if rider leaves payment and address with show secretary.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited. $125/Stall from Friday thru Sunday. . $25 surcharge for non-entered horses. Tack stalls $125, only if available after horses have been assigned stalls. 150 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/initial bedding provided (1 bag of shavings per stall). Bedding-shavings only, available for $7 per bag, do not prepay. No straw bedding.  One additional night free, $20/night thereafter. Further info from sec'y. Veterinarian: Dr. Kim Keeton 706-612-6018. # will be posted at event office. Stable-with requests for late entries may not be honored. Please let us know if your RV is large and/or requires 50 amps.  Stalls assignments with RV's..."stable with requests", may/or may not be honored, depending on availability of hook-up.

Accommodations:

Ask for Horse Trials Rates! White Columns Inn-1-706-595-8000 www.whitecolumnsinn.com. Camping: Limited hook-ups $30/night, assigned by postmark. Please note on stable form if RV is big, and/or requires 50 amps.

Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm.  PT-2010 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm.  T-2010 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand. Warm-up-Grass.

Cross-Country:

P-3000 m @ 520 mpm. T-2600 m @ 460 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 350 mpm, max. height 2'7". Terrain: Excellent footing of sand-based turf on open rolling pasture with some woods. No clay or stones. Jumps are substantial. All courses: Average, or better, for horses with some experience. All courses near maximum distance and efforts with multiple waters.

Other Information:
Entry limit - when stabling is full.
Close gates to stabling at night.
No Smoking on show grounds.
Cross-country course closed.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
The rider must provide their own pinny holder and the pinny paper number will be provided by Pine Top.  Holders will be on sale for $25, please e-mail ahead for availibility.
Excellent concessions by Thomson High School Band Boosters.
Dogs must be leashed or pay $20 loose dog fee in cash.
Fees due at check-in must be paid in cash.  Let us know if your RV is big or needs 50 amps.  Because of certain RV requirements, some "stable with request" may not be honored.
