From I-65 North: Exit 74-B, onto Old Hickory Blvd.  Proceed west 7 miles, Park Equestrian entrance on right just past golf course.
From I-65 South: Exit 74-B, onto Old Hickory Blvd.  Proceed west 7 miles, Park Equestrian entrance on right just past golf course.
From I-24 Chattanooga: Take I-840 near Murfreesboro, exit 74-A Franklin onto I-65 N, proceed as above, from South.

Fri: Secretary open 12 noon to 5:00 pm at Park; packets with no errors available till 6:00 pm. 
       Cross-country course open-3 pm; Show Jumping open 4:00 pm.
Sat: Secretary open 7:00 am at Park. 
        P/T/N/BN Dressage-8:00 am at Park;
        P/T/N/BN Cross Country-10:30 am at Park.
Sun: All Starter phases: 8:00 am - Dressage, Cross Country, Show Jumping.
        P/T/N/BN Show Jumping - 8 am at Park in reverse order of standing. 

SUNDAY'S P/T/N/BN SHOW JUMPING RIDE TIMES WILL BE POSTED SATURDAY ON THE SCOREBOARD WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE LAST CROSS COUNTRY RIDE FOR EACH LEVEL

Entry fees: P: $185.00 + copy(ies) of Rider/Owner/Trainer USEF card(s); T/N/BN: $185.00.  Starter: $125.00.
Starter Entrants are exempt from USEA Membership/Non
-Member Fees and USEA Starter/Drugs Fees.
Competitors must use plastic pinny holders with the exception of Starter level: Limited number available for purchase for $20 in show office or may be purchased from bitobritain.com.  Inserts will be provided.  Starter entries will NOT use plastic pinny holders, they will use MTPC pinnys included in packets.
Stabling: $145.00 - limited permanent and temporary.
Muck deposit: $50 SEPARATE CHECK. STABLING AT PERCY WARNER PARK

Additional night: $50.00 - MUST make reservation in advance with secretary.
Tack Stalls: May be available at stall rate, request on entry, notification will be sent when entries close.

Grounds Fee: $40.00 (per non-competing horse)
Trailer-In Fee:  $40.00 (per non-stabled horse)
Trailer-In Fee: STARTER Level 1-Day Event SUNDAY: $20.00
Day stalls: None available.
Camping: Primitive in trailers allowed, no charge.  No electrical hook-ups or showers available.

Bounced check fee: $50.00
Late Entry Fees - Based on an incremental system:
ALL ENTRIES POSTMARKED BY the Closing Date must be received within 5 days after Closing Date to avoid a  late fee. 
Entries POSTMARKED AND RECEIVED
within 5 days AFTER the Closing Date will be assessed a $25 late fee.
ENTRIES received between 5-9 days AFTER the Closing Date will be assessed a $50 late fee no
matter the postmark. 
Entries received 10 days after Closing Date will be accepted only with a $75 late fee no matter the postmark AND if scratches warrant/permit. 
MTPC HT is not responsible for the United States Postal Service:  1) If an entry arrives with no postmark, it will be deemed postmarked the date of receipt.  2) If an entry arrives more than 5 days after Closing Date, the entry is late no matter when it was postmarked. 

Entering AND paying with a MasterCard or Visa (no American Express or Discovery)  through Xentry at www.useventing.com is strongly encouraged.

Competitors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to complete entry forms using Xentry at useventing.com.  Because entries are not deemed received without payment, competitors are encouraged to enter and pay online using Xentry at useventing.com to avoid late fees by Closing Date or minimize late fees after Closing Date.  (MasterCard & Visa ONLY.  Xentry does NOT accept American Express or Discover).
Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Double entries: Not accepted. 
Cross Country Pinny # Holder required for recognized levels-for sale on site for $20 each or may be ordered from bitobritain.com Starter level will be issued MTPC pinny available in packet.
Returned check fee:  $50 each.
Change fee:  $40 for ANY change after CD.
Any monies owed at check-in MUST be paid in cash.
Refunds: In writing (email acceptable) before 9 pm CENTRAL on C.D.-Less  $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entry: USEA/USEF
starter fees ONLY if no wait list or entry fee less $50 if place can be filled from wait list.
Stabling: No refund unless stall can be filled from wait list.
Competition cancellation-partial refund after event expenses are paid.
Refunds must be processed and may take up to 1-2 weeks or more to be issued.
Copy(ies) of Rider/Owner/Trainer USEF card(s) or $30 ($30 EACH if Rider, Owner & Trainer are different people) required for all Prelim entries.
Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses.
ALL communication from Event Secretary will be via e-mail so you MUST include a LEGIBLE, VALID, e-mail address for Rider on the entry form.

Competitor Information
Awards:

Trophy & 8 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

$145.00/stall - PERCY WARNER PARK for duration of event.  Separate $50 muck deposit check per stall.  27 permanent, 50 temporary under high-ceilinged tent, with stall doors and initial bedding (1 bag shavings) provided.  Early arrivals at Park before NOON on Friday MUST advise Secretary.  Additional night's stabling $50.00/night.  Additional shavings available for purchase Fri. until 7:00 pm and Sat. 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.  GROUPS WISHING TO STABLE TOGETHER SHOULD LIST THE SAME, SINGLE NAME (i.e., barn or coach) UNDER 'STABLE WITH' ON STABLING FORM!  Limited stabling on grounds, stalls will be issued on a first entered, first served basis.  Tack stalls MAY be available at stall rate, request on entry, notification will be sent when entries close. 
Starter Level:  Stalls available to Starter entries if available - all phases run on Sunday.

Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: All P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. All T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. All N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. All BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Starter-2010 USDF Intro Test C-Sm.     Arenas: All arenas and warm-up on grass, weeding and seeding in progress all spring for improved footing.

Cross-Country:

All P-3000 m @ 520 mpm. All T -2600 m @ 450 mpm. All N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. All BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm.  Starter-1500 m @ 280 mpm, approx. 12-15 fences, 2' to 2'3".
All approximate distances. Recognized courses: Built to standard at each level. All courses have water, bank, and ditches.

Other Information:

Stabling, Dressage, and Show Jumping and Cross Country all held at Percy Warner Park. 
P/T/N/BN Dressage and Cross country on Saturday, Show Jumping on Sunday. 
STARTER Level will run on SUNDAY only: Dressage, Cross Country, Show Jumping.

Rider limit 2 horses/level. Divisions further divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds both days, breakfast served. Participation in Horse Trials: Refer to Appendix 3 Participation in Horse Trials of the USEF 2012 Rules for Eventing. 
Cross-country course open for schooling weekends in August, check website for more information, www.mtn-ponyclub.org, closed Sept. 3.
Friday 6:00 pm - Wine and cheese reception barn area.
Saturday 6:00 pm - Competitor supper and 60th Anniversary party.  Tickets complimentary to competitors, pick up with packets, $10.00 for guests, must have reservation count at packet pickup.  Starter level cross country course opens Friday with all other levels at 3:00 pm, packets available, Friday evening reception and Sat. party signup.
