All monies paid between October 2nd and October 9th must be in form of credit card/money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions). Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. All BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay a $25 non-member fee. $50.00 will be charged for any returned checks. Any change to entry subject to $25 fee and must be in writing (fax, email or mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permittingn. ANY paperwork received after October 2nd, (POSTMARKED OR DELIVERED) add $50 late fee. If space allows and post entries are accepted they will be charged an additional $50. Absolutely No telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE PRINTED VALID EMAIL ADDRESS; ALL COMMUNICATIONS AFTER CLOSING DATE VIA EMAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON ENTRY. Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: All I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. All P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. All T-2010 USEF Training Test A-Sm. All N-2010 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. All BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Dressage arenas: All-weather footing.
Cross-Country:
ALL I- 3200 m @ 550 mpm. All P-2600 m @ 520 mpm. All T-24000 m @ 420 mpm. All N-2000 m 350 mpm. All BN-1600 m @ 325 mpm. Footing is old established turf, good footing, will be aggravated and watered. BN/N- Moderate, good confidence building courses. T-Moderate. P-Moderate to challenging. I-Bold, straight forward course for horses with limited experience at this level. SJ and Dressage Arenas: All-weather footing.

Wine & cheese party each event day for competitors and volunteers. Concessions available on grounds.
All dogs must be leashed per USEF rule GR 301.6, failure to comply could result in elimination and $100 fine.
No motorized vehicles on course. Water on grounds but it is advised to bring your own.
Cross-country schooling, 10 am - 6 pm, weather permitting, Monday, October 22 - Sunday, October 28. Unrecognized Starter Event October 21.
