Fri: Dressage-8 am ALL; CIC SJ 2 pm
Sat: Cross-Country CIC/A/I/P/T- 8:30 am; Show Jumping N/BN -9 am. 6 pm CIC Awards and competitor's dinner.
Sun: Cross-country -8 am N/BN. Show Jumping-8:30 am T-A.

ALL entries must be postmarked prior to closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 late fee. ALL entries MUST inclide payment in full. Any entry sent without payment will be considered incomplete and may be assessed the late fee depending on receipt of payment in full. ALL CHANGES/SCRATCHES MUST BE DONE IN WRITING to info@grayareaevents.com. Changes after C.D. $20 change fee. $20 charge for lost pinny - no deposit required. Incomplete Entries - $15. Refunds: Before C.D.: Full Refund; after C.D. to Sept. 25th -Less $25 office fee; Sept. 25th-Sept. 28-Entry credit only given to next event, after Sept. 28, no refund unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 6 months. All entry fees include a $25 nonrefundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25 nonmember fee. ALL Preliminary and above must include copy of USEF Card for Rider, Owner and Trainer.
CIC3*=$9,000, Winning CIC3* rider awarded Founder's Cup Trophy, Fric Frac Berence Heart Award given to best CIC3* XC performance as evaluated by panel - $1000; CIC2*=$6,000; CIC1*=$3,000. Trophy and 10 ribbons per CIC divisions. Trophy and 7 ribbons per HT division.
$130/stall from 12 pm Wednesday to Noon on Monday. 360 temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. $50 - Trailer In Fee for the weekend. If horsepark member please mail a copy of your membership card with your entry. $40 non-competing horse fee for the weekend in addition to stabling. Feed/bedding/hay available for purchase, further info from the secretary. Shavings $9/bag. Veterinarian: TBD. # will be posted at show office.
