Tentative Schedule:

Wed: Barns open: noon. 
Thurs: In Barns 8 am-10:30 am; Official Briefing 11 am at show office. Schooling rounds dressage and SJ 12 pm - 4:30 pm; Cross-country course opens-3 pm. First Horse Inspection 4:30 pm. Welcome Reception-5:30 pm.
Fri: Dressage-8 am ALL; CIC SJ 2 pm
Sat: Cross-Country CIC/A/I/P/T- 8:30 am; Show Jumping N/BN -9 am. 6 pm CIC Awards and competitor's dinner.
Sun: Cross-country -8 am N/BN. Show Jumping-8:30 am T-A.

Entries:

ALL entries must be postmarked prior to closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 late fee. ALL entries MUST inclide payment in full. Any entry sent without payment will be considered incomplete and may be assessed the late fee depending on receipt of payment in full. ALL CHANGES/SCRATCHES MUST BE DONE IN WRITING to info@grayareaevents.com.  Changes after C.D. $20 change fee. $20 charge for lost pinny - no deposit required. Incomplete Entries - $15. Refunds: Before C.D.: Full Refund; after C.D. to Sept. 25th -Less $25 office fee; Sept. 25th-Sept. 28-Entry credit only given to next event, after Sept. 28, no refund unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 6 months. All entry fees include a $25 nonrefundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25 nonmember fee. ALL Preliminary and above must include copy of USEF Card for Rider, Owner and Trainer.

Awards:

CIC3*=$9,000, Winning CIC3* rider awarded Founder's Cup Trophy, Fric Frac Berence Heart Award given to best CIC3* XC performance as evaluated by panel - $1000; CIC2*=$6,000; CIC1*=$3,000. Trophy and 10 ribbons per CIC divisions. Trophy and 7 ribbons per HT division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

$130/stall from 12 pm Wednesday to Noon on Monday. 360 temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. $50 - Trailer In Fee for the weekend. If horsepark member please mail a copy of your membership card with your entry. $40 non-competing horse fee for the weekend in addition to stabling. Feed/bedding/hay available for purchase, further info from the secretary. Shavings $9/bag. Veterinarian: TBD. # will be posted at show office.

Test & arena sizes: CIC3*-2009 FEI Three-Star Test B-Std. CIC2*-2009 FEI Two Start Test B-Std. CIC1*-2009 FEI One-Star Test B-Std. A-2010 USEF Advanced Test B-Std. I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Sand.

Cross-Country:

CIC3*-3800m @ 570 mpm, 36 efforts. CIC2*-3200m @ 550 mpm, 32 efforts. CIC1*-2800m @ 520 mpm, 28 efforts. A-3600m @570 mpm. I-3100m @ 550 mpm. P-2700 m @ 520 mpm. OT-2100 m @ 470 mpm. All other T-2100 m @ 420 mpm. ON-1800 m @ 400 mpm. All other N-1800 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1500 m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Average, for horses/riders with some experience at these levels.

Other Information:
Thursday 12 pm Event tests - Sign ups for short court Dressage and BN, N, T, and P SJ schooling rounds available Thursday morning at 9 am.  Each class $25.  Cross-country courses closed September 18 at sundown.
Levels may be divided as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Food on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed a $25 fine will be assessed for any dogs not on a leashed.
Team Competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/person.
Party: Thursday, Friday & Saturday night, 5:30 pm; One evening function ticket included with horse trial entry- Extra Tickets-$15 per ticket per night.  CIC competitors have three day function ticket included with entry.
Patron's passes available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: Reserved table of ten for all three evening functions $600 TH, FR, and SA, or $300 per night, individual three day seats $75, or $35 per night; CIC competitors TH-SA included with entry; see www.woodsideeventing.com for ticket information.
