Refunds: Before C.D.-Full refund; After C.D.-If presented with a vet or doctor's certificate, refund is a non-transferrable credit voucher good for one year less $50 fee. All Starter Fees returned in full. Stall Fees: returned if stall can be cancelled or sold. No phone withdrawals will be accepted; faxes or emails only, please. Competition cancellation: pro-rated after expenses.

Extra nights $35/stall. $50 grounds fee for horses not stabling. Initial bedding provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase. NO NON-COMPETE HORSES ON GROUNDS. Cross-Country:
I-3570 m @ 550 mpm. P-3280 m @ 520 mpm. T‑2600 m @ 470 mpm. N‑2120 m @ 375 mpm. BN ‑2000 m @ 350 mpm/max. fence height 2'7". BN (Level 1)-1940m @ 325 mpm/max fence height 2'. All courses: Average for horses with some experience at these levels.
Other Information:
- Cross?country course closed August 14.
- Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
- No non-competing horses on grounds.
- ALL trailer parking, excepting RV hookups, will be at the Parker County Sheriff's Posse Grounds. Please treat their grounds with courtesy. Do not use their facility for schooling, water, electricity, or littering.
- Prize list from sec'y.
- Food on grounds.
- Show grounds are stressful for many dogs and their presence is discouraged; if present, must be HELD on a leash.
- Absolutely no smoking in barns. Please field strip your cigarettes and pocket filters.
- Use of 2 or 3 wheeled vehicles, golf cars, etc. is restricted to drivers over 18 years old. NO VEHICLES ON COURSE, PLEASE!
- Competitor's Dinner and Party: Friday from 6-8 pm, extra tickets=$20.
- Wine Tasting benefitting the Brazos Valley Hounds, Sat. Oct. 13 from 5 - 8. Tickets $25/singles; $45/couples; $5 discount for competitors. Payment at show sec'y officie through Friday, Oct 12.
