From I-20: Take exit 406, at top of ramp, go north on Bowie Drive. Proceed to double stoplight, turn sharp left (west) onto Spur 312. In a quarter mile, turn right onto Greenwood Road. Greenwood Farm is one mile down the road on the right. Look for the flags.

Late Entries: Accepted if entries are under-subscribed, Closing date will be extended. Entry must be complete and received by sec'y with additional $50 handling fee, conditional to organizer's approval.
Returned Checks: will be assessed a $50 charge.
Lost pinny= $30.00, no pinny deposit.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Full refund; After C.D.-If presented with a vet or doctor's certificate, refund is a non-transferrable credit voucher good for one year less $50 fee. All Starter Fees returned in full. Stall Fees: returned if stall can be cancelled or sold. No phone withdrawals will be accepted; faxes or emails only, please. Competition cancellation: pro-rated after expenses.

60 perm/240 temp stalls with stall doors available. $125/stall on grounds from noon Thursday to 9 pm Sunday. Early arrivals/late departures will not be permitted unless included in entry. Extra nights $35/stall. $50 grounds fee for horses not stabling. Initial bedding provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase. NO NON-COMPETE HORSES ON GROUNDS. - Cross?country course closed August 14.
- Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
- No non-competing horses on grounds.
- ALL trailer parking, excepting RV hookups, will be at the Parker County Sheriff's Posse Grounds. Please treat their grounds with courtesy. Do not use their facility for schooling, water, electricity, or littering.
- Prize list from sec'y.
- Food on grounds.
- Show grounds are stressful for many dogs and their presence is discouraged; if present, must be HELD on a leash.
- Absolutely no smoking in barns. Please field strip your cigarettes and pocket filters.
- Use of 2 or 3 wheeled vehicles, golf cars, etc. is restricted to drivers over 18 years old. NO VEHICLES ON COURSE, PLEASE!
- Competitor's Dinner and Party: Friday from 6-8 pm, extra tickets=$20.
- Wine Tasting benefitting the Brazos Valley Hounds, Sat. Oct. 13 from 5 - 8. Tickets $25/singles; $45/couples; $5 discount for competitors. Payment at show sec'y officie through Friday, Oct 12.
