The Horse Trial will be run over two days only (Sat/Sun) with a Training Three Day running Fri-Sun. In addition with the Training Three day Event an instructional clinic will be run on Wednesday and Thursday.

Show Jumping practice rounds will be held the day before dressage at $20 per round

Entries:
Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. Checks and credit card charges will be processed upon entry acceptance. If undersubscribed post entries may be accepted anda $25 late fee will be assessed. Double entries: Not accepted. All Intermediate & Preliminary riders must include copy of USEF member card for rider and owner w/ entry. USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. Add these association fees to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with other applicable fees and submit with your entry. XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required---for sale on site
each. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- No refund. ALL SCRATCHES CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING, EMAIL OR FAX. Changes subject to availability of slots in other divisions. A change fee of up to $50.00 may apply. Competition cancellation - Partial refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses (state law). Copy of Coggins must accompany entry.
Competitor Information
Awards:
 All Divisions: Prize Money -1st-3rd. Ribbons through 10th place; Awards through 5th. Prize money paid by check to owner of horse as listed on entry.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
$100.00 for duration Wednesday thru Sunday and includes one bag of bedding. $20 for each additional night. If space permits, day stalls may be rented for $35 / night. 300 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided, size 12'x12'. Tack stalls $100. $25 one-time grounds fee per horse for non-stabled horses. All fees must be included with entry. Day paddocks available $50.  No horses out overnight. Veterinarian: Littleton Large Animal (303) 794 6359.

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
BN Pony division offered if entries warrant.
Saturday night Competitors' Party / Dinner FREE for Competitors & Volunteers. $15/ person for each additional dinner; please include reservations and $ with your entry.
Please fill out information about your horse and competition history on bottom of entry form for announcer.
Due to state requirements, no 4-wheel drive/all terrain vehicles or motorcycles will be allowed on the C.C. course.
Limited number of golf carts available, contact Carole Kenney [ckenney194@yahoo.com]. Golf cart use on X-C will be limited to moving equipment to vet box and designated parking spots.
All dogs must be leashed on show grounds and on X_C course.
Owners of loose dogs pay $100 fee to cross country building fund!
