Entry fees include Stabling from Thursday-Sunday and a $25 non-refundable office fee. Extra nights: $20 per night. Tack Stall: $100 (if available). Clean Stall Deposit: $25 (check will be destroyed if stall is stripped clean) no CC or cash accepted. $40 charge after schedule is done, notice will be sent out via email. Double entries: Not accepted. BN riders who are not USEA members must pay an additional $25 with entry.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Full Refund -$25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entry-no refund unless entry and or stall can be filled from waiting list less office fee. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins dated 2012 for all horses, include a copy with entry.
North Country Eventing Challenge Only one more show to go! The cash prize will be given out at the Roebke's Run HT in October. All divisions Ribbons to 8th place and prizes from 1st- 4th place. 200 10x10 and a few 12'x12' permanent and temp stalls with doors. One bag of shavings included. Hay $7 & shavings $8 available for purchase, email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to Sep. 20 to have your order delivered to your stall. Shavings only allowed! Clean Stall Deposit $25 (checks only!) will be destroyed if stall is found stripped (not picked) clean. included on separate check. Indicate ONE stabling name if you want to stable with others. Veterinarian and Farrier numbers will be posted on the score board and by barns.

Please note that course distances may vary due to course changes made after this omnibus was printed! All courses are constructed according to National standards for each level and are considered Average in difficulty. The courses will have some changes with some new jumps. Terrain: Rolling to hilly terrain with very good sandy loam footing. All courses spectator friendly! No unauthorized motorized vehicles allowed on course at any time.
Cross-country course open only by appointment. Course closed September 10th.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Competitors Party: Saturday evening. Food, beverages and entertainment. One complementary ticket per competitor. Extra meal tickets must be purchased with entry & through Friday 6:00 PM cost: $15.00 (with entry) or $20 at the door if available.
