ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date are subject to a late fee of $35. Double entries: Accepted $20. $50=lost pinny, no deposit required. $25 change fee, for any changes made any time after closing date, all changes/scratches must be made by email. Incomplete Entries: $15 incomplete fee. Refunds: MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL TO, info@grayareaevents.com Before C.D. to Sept. 11-Refund less $25 office fee. After Sept 11 no refund unless spot can be filled from waitlist. Competition cancellation-No refund. Copy of current neg. Coggins within 6 months for out-of-state horses; not required for in-state horses. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner or pay non member fee.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
60 12'x12' wood stalls, 8 15'x15' pipe corrals, 300 10'x10' temp stalls on grounds. Wood stall priority given to TRR members and TRR Battle of the Barns Leaders. Pipe Corrals first come first served requests. $125 from Noon Wednesday through Noon Monday. Non-stabled horses/hauled in horses for weekend=$60 (TRR members exempt.) Stall doors and initial bedding only provided. Feed/ Hay/Bedding available for purchase; $10/bag, email pre-orders to info@grayareaevents.com. Veterinarian: Dr.Dibbern on site (805) 541-6367; David Bogenrief (805) 239-0461 on call during the event. Extended stays welcome, email Andrea at mir21_4@yahoo.com for pricing.

Cross-Country:
A-3400 m @ 570 mpm. I-3200 m @ 550 mpm. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 470 mpm. N-1900m @ 400 mpm. BN-1900m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level. Level to gently rolling terrain with excellent sandy loam footing.

Cross-country course closed September 4 at sundown, call to make appointment as course may be closed. Twin Rivers reserves the right to close sections before Cross-Country course closes.
Riders limited to 3 horses/level. Levels may be divide/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Dogs must be on a held leash. $100 loose dog donation for any dogs not on a held leash. CAUTION: We have severe problem with coyotes.
Team competition: team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/ team member.
9th Annual Dog Costume Party, Saturday night. Bring Fido's Costume!
Competitors'/Volunteers'/Officials' Party Saturday.
Cahoots Catering food available during show on grounds.
Non-competing horse allowed for $100 facility use fee. Cross-Country schooling allowed on Monday after the competition for $60.
