Cross bridge & continue south approx. 1 mi. to 8715 North River Road. It is on the right side of the road. From South: US 101. Exit on Mission Street. Continue straight thru town of San Miguel. Right on River Road. Then follow as above.

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date are subject to a late fee of $35. Double entries: Accepted $20. $50=lost pinny, no deposit required. $25 change fee, for any changes made any time after closing date, all changes/scratches must be made by email. Incomplete Entries: $15 incomplete fee. Refunds: MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL TO, info@grayareaevents.com Before C.D. to Sept. 11-Refund less $25 office fee. After Sept 11 no refund unless spot can be filled from waitlist. Competition cancellation-No refund. Copy of current neg. Coggins within 6 months for out-of-state horses; not required for in-state horses. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner or pay non member fee.

Prizes for 1st to 3rd and 7 ribbons per division. Devoucoux Jr. & Sr.Training Rider Challenge: Great Devoucoux Prizes 1st - 5th!

Stabling/Veterinarian:
60 12'x12' wood stalls, 8 15'x15' pipe corrals, 300 10'x10' temp stalls on grounds. Wood stall priority given to TRR members and TRR Battle of the Barns Leaders. Pipe Corrals first come first served requests. $125 from Noon Wednesday through Noon Monday. Non-stabled horses/hauled in horses for weekend=$60 (TRR members exempt.) Stall doors and initial bedding only provided. Feed/ Hay/Bedding available for purchase; $10/bag, email pre-orders to info@grayareaevents.com. Veterinarian: Dr.Dibbern on site (805) 541-6367; David Bogenrief (805) 239-0461 on call during the event. Extended stays welcome, email Andrea at mir21_4@yahoo.com for pricing.

Best Western Black Oak Motor Lodge -7mi. (805) 238-4740. Holiday Inn Express -7mi. (805) 238-6500. Make reservations EARLY! Camping: Allowed, no hookups.

Test & arena sizes: A-2010 USEF Advanced Test B-Std. I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Sand.

Cross-Country:

A-3400 m @ 570 mpm. I-3200 m @ 550 mpm. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 470 mpm. N-1900m @ 400 mpm. BN-1900m @ 350 mpm. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level. Level to gently rolling terrain with excellent sandy loam footing.

Other Information:
Cross-country course closed September 4 at sundown, call to make appointment as course may be closed. Twin Rivers reserves the right to close sections before Cross-Country course closes.
Riders limited to 3 horses/level. Levels may be divide/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Dogs must be on a held leash. $100 loose dog donation for any dogs not on a held leash. CAUTION: We have severe problem with coyotes.
Team competition: team of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. $5/ team member.
9th Annual Dog Costume Party, Saturday night. Bring Fido's Costume!
Competitors'/Volunteers'/Officials' Party Saturday.
Cahoots Catering food available during show on grounds.
Non-competing horse allowed for $100 facility use fee. Cross-Country schooling allowed on Monday after the competition for $60.
Please pre-order shavings  at $10/ bag and hay before the Event at info@grayareaevents.com. Last orders are at 3 pm daily.
Derby: Same course as YEH, Thursday after YEH for $50/round. Fence height N-T level.
Devoucoux Training Rider Challenge: Same requirements as Training Rider, entry fee is $250!
