Fri: Dressage Tests: 9-3 at $20 per ride. Jumping Tests: $20 PC; 9-9:30. BN: 9:45-11:30; N: 11:15-12:45; T: 1-2; P: 2:10-2:45. PC,& BN:  XC Test $50 abbreviated course with water. PC 10-10:45, BN,11-12.   Cross?country course open-3 pm. Competitors briefing/ official walk - 4 pm.
Sat: Dressage 7:30 am; Show Jumping - 10 am.
Sun: Cross-country - 8 am.

Non-competing horse: $45.00 / day (includes stall, no bedding)
Camping: $15.00,per rig/per night.  Tents must pay $15/per night -include with entry.

We encourage early entries by offering a better refund policy. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE!  A post entry fee of up to $30.00 for post entries received after closing date. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: $20.00. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. $30=Pinney deposit (separate check). Refunds: Before C.D. full refund; After C.D.until Sept. 2-Less $25.00 office fee. After Sept 7-no refund, unless either stabling or entry can be filled from a waiting list. If either are filled a refund less $25 will be given. Scratches must be in writing. Preferable method of contact is e-mail. $25 fee each horse/rider/level substitution or change after C.D. If under-subscribed by the published CD, post entries will be accepted; any post entries accepted will be charged $30 processing fee. Entries not complete (complete = all fees paid and required information provided) by C.D will be charged $35 processing fee. Competition cancellation - No refund. Neg. Coggins not required. Prelim & above, enclose copy of current USEF membership card.
Competitor Information

8 Ribbons per division. Tack 1st through 4th

Absolutely no arrivals prior to 10 am Thurs. 9/13/12, Stabling limited; 200 stalls on ground. $130/stall Thurs. am thru Mon. am. $25/night/stall for additional nights payable to Event Sec'y.   Stabling requests must accompany entry. Initial bedding only provided. PLEASE ORDER your extra bedding WITH ENTRY.
Veterinarian: Dr. Martin Crabo will be on site, # will be posted at stabling area & sec'ys office. Farrier: Edard Powers will be on site.
Non-competing horses = $45/ day, which includes a stall (day stall or overnight), but no bedding. Non-competing horses will be issued numbers and must display them while on the competition grounds.

P‑2750 m @ 520 mpm. T‑2400 m @ 420 mpm. N‑1900 m @ 350 mpm. BN‑1725 m @ 350 mpm/14 jumps, max. height 2'6".water option. Pre-Comp-1500 m @300 mpm. No water.  Terrain: All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.

Other Information:
Dressage Show, USDF approved. Entry Forms may be downloaded from, Cross?country course closed. Entry limit 225; Rider limit 2 horses/level 4 horses/entire event. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Dogs must be leashed. Show jumping arena ? sand. Party: 6:30 pm, Saturday, buffet, ticket included with entry. Additional tickets, $15. Teams of 3/4 best 3 scores count, team members at same level=$20 per team. Cross-country schooling for 1 hour following last horse to go on Sunday: Entered horses - $40, Non-entered horses- $60. Trainer must pick up pinny and pay secretary. This is the fourth of the Coconino series. High point horse and rider will be awarded at the competition.
