Rte 1 & Rt. 211 in Aberdeen follow signs to Raeford. Take 211 East 8 mi. to Right on Montrose Rd. 2 miles to flashing light and turn right onto Calloway Road. Turn left into stabling entrance. Check website for directions/map.
From 95 S: At St.Pauls. Take Rt 20 NW. Follow signs for 211W thru Raeford. Left @ Montrose Rd. 2 miles to flashing light, turn right onto Calloway Road. Turn left into stabling entrance.
From 95 N: Exit 20 follow signs for 211 W thru Raeford. Left at Montrose Rd. 2 miles to flashing light. Turn right onto Calloway Road. Turn left into stabling entrance. PLEASE NOTE GPS SYSTEMS MAY NOT PROVIDE ACCURATE DIRECTIONS. Please check website and follow signs!

Fax coggins and signature/release page to: (910) 875-4310; Include your name and phone # on all faxed pages. Double entries: Not accepted. Refunds: Before C.D.-Entry/Stabling -Less $ 25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/stable- No refund. Stabling refund only if stall is filled. Competition cancellation-No refund. Scratches must be in writing, accepted by fax and email only; NO phone or answering machine withdrawals will be accepted. $35 change/office fee until Aug. 27; $50 late entry/change/office fee thereafter. Changes after Aug. 27 only as space warrants. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months: FAX a copy to: 910-875-4310 and bring it with you! Prizes 1st- 3rd and 8 ribbons per division.
Stabling/Veterinarian:
192 permanent stalls (assigned based on postmark of individual complete entries--groups may be divided). $160/ stall; 8 am Thurs to Sun pm. Stall doors only provided (no bedding included). Stall dimensions are 12' by 12'. $175 Tack Stall/Non-competing. Please use one person's or farm name for all 'stable with' requests. Bedding may be purchased in advance prior to 9/7 for $7/bag or on grounds 9/7 and during event for $8/bag. Veterinarians: So. Pines Equine, (910) 692-8640 # will be posted at Show Office.

Approximate Distances I-3400m @ 550 mpm. P-3200m @ 520 mpm. T-2400m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @375 mpm. BN- 1900m @325 mpm. All courses: True representations of their level. Cross Country Course closed July 26th 2011.
Other Information:
Cross-country course open for scheduled Friends of the Park schooling days. Check website for dates.
Divisions may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
Dogs must be leashed. $50 Fine plus additional contribution to "The Dog Pound" cross country jump fund!
No wheeled or motorized vehicles past start box or on cross-country. Management reserves the right to limit # horses per rider per division.
Food available on grounds.
