Thurs: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Competitor briefing-6 pm.
Fri: Dressage: Intermediate and Preliminary
Sat: Dressage: Training - Starter 8:00 am Stadium - All Divisions 9:00 am.
Sun: Cross Country - All Divisions– 8:00 am

Entries:

No faxed entries accepted. All entries must be complete & received by C.D. to be considered timely. Any entries postmarked before opening day will be returned unopened. BN competitors who are not USEA members, must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee. Starter entrants are exempt from the starter/d&m fees and USEA membership/non-membership fees. Double entries: Not accepted. Post entries: Accepted if entries are under-subscribed. Entry must be complete and received by sec’y with additional $50 handling fee, conditional to organizer’s approval. Change fee: After CD, subject to $50 handling fee; conditional to organizer’s approval. A $75 charge for bounced checks will be assessed. Lost pinny=$50, no deposit
Refunds: Before C.D.- FULL REFUND. After C.D.- Less $50 office fee ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Stabling-No refund unless stall filled by a wait listed horse. No phone withdrawals accepted; faxes or emails please. Competition cancellation-Pro-rated after expenses. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Copy must accompany entry.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

$125/Stall weekend. Early arrivals and longer stays available at $30/night; contact organizer. Ground fees for horse trials entries not stabling=$50. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. In the reservations bloc, enter 9930 in the promo code box to get the negotiated rate: Queen room (1 queen bed), includes full breakfast for two in our food court, free WIFI, and full access to our fitness center: $79 vs. standard rate of $89. Queen suite ( 1 queen bed, and one pull out queen sofa, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, free WIFI and breakfast for up to 4 people: $125 vs. the standard $139 rate. Double twin room: (2 twin beds), includes full breakfast for two in our food court, free WIFI, and full access to our fitness center: $79 vs. standard rate of $89. We will also honor that rate one night before and one night after the event for those guests who want to arrive early or leave on night later. In addition to the comfortable rooms all equipped with free WIFI, TVs with over 60 channels, feather duvets, and custom amenities, the hotel boasts a level of amenities usually only found in resorts. Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. (Sand Ring)  P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test B- Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Starter- Intro Test B. Arenas: Grass on level sandy soil.

Cross-Country:

I - 3300 m @ 550 mpm P-3170 m @ 520 mpm. T?2100 m @ 470 mpm. All N-1800m@375 mpm. BN-1800m@350mpm/max. fence height 2’7”. Starter – 1400m @325mpm/max height 2’0. All courses: Average for horses with some experience at these levels.

Other Information:

Cross?country course closed September 7th. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Prize list from sec’y. Food on grounds. Show grounds are stressful for many dogs & their presence is discouraged; if present, must be leashed. Please field strip your cigarettes & pocket filters. Use of 2- or 3-wheeled vehicles, golf carts, etc. is restricted to trainers and disabled over 18 years old. Volunteers are welcome, please contact Dynah Korhummel at 925-580-9841. Competitor’s No non-competing horses on grounds. No vehicles on course, Please! Park where the Stable Co-Ordinator has designated..
