Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Accepted, no fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. PRELIMINARY and INTERMEDIATE MUST send copy of USEF cards for RIDER and OWNER. Returned check fee -$50. Lost pinney fee -$50. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No Refund. All Canadian entries must be paid by certified cashiers check, US Dollars. Email withdrawals, changes, requests and questions - please do not fax. $20 fee for every change after August 20. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins not required.

Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $125/stall. Approx. 200 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/initial bedding only provided. Only competitors not stabling on grounds must pay haul-in fee. Veterinarian: Dr. Lefkowitz, (503) 841-6566. # will be posted at event office. NOTE: "STABLE WITH" REQUESTS- PLEASE USE ONE PERSON'S NAME TO IDENTIFY STALLS TOGETHER.

Test & arena sizes: All I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. All P-2010 USEF PreliminaryTest B-Sm. All T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. All N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Sand, grass.
Cross-Country:
I-2600 m @ 550 mpm/20 jumps. P-2600 m @ 520 mpm/18 jumps. T-2400 m @ 470 mpm/18 jumps. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm/16 jumps. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm/14 jumps/max. height 2´7’. All courses: Moderate to challenging, for horses with some experience at this level. Mostly level terrain; I,P,T-one hill; I-sunken road; Water jump, bank, ditches at all levels except BN - no bank.
Other Information:
Cross-country course closed August 7. Entry limit 200. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Team Competition: Teams of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count. All members at same level, $5 per team member. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be leashed or pay $50 fine. Adult rider cocktail party on Friday at 6:30 pm.
