From West: NY Thruway to 1-87 northway to exit 20. Take Rte 149 to Fort Ann, then Rte 4 east to Rutland then Woodstock. Take right on Rte 106 before Woodstock Inn south 6 miles to GMHA.
From South: I-91 to Ascutney exit 8, Rte 131 west 7 miles to Rte 106 north, 12 miles to GMHA.
From East: I-89 north to exit 1 in VT. Take Rte 4 west to Woodstock, Then right on Rte 106 south to GMHA. SPEED limit 25 mph strictly enforced in Woodstock.

Please indicate ONE DAY or TWO DAY competition. Mail paper USEA 2012 Entry and Stabling form and coggins (dated after 8/1/12) with check to GMHA postmarked on opening date, one check per horse and rider combination. Only 4 horses may be competed per rider per event. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant, based on discretion of management; state preferences under the eligible section. Confirmation status will be posted on www.gmhainc.org and www.area1usea.org. USEA membership required at Novice level and above. Beginner Novice competitors must be USEA members or pay the non-member fee. Intermediate and Preliminary competitors (rider & owner & trainer & coach) must submit copies of USEF membership card or pay USEF non member fee. You will be billed $30 for a lost pinny. All changes must be made in writing, mail, fax or email. There will be a $30 change fee for ANY change to an entry after the closing date; ex. change of horse or rider or division. There is a $30 fee for any bounced checks. Refunds: scratches received in writing on or before closing date will be refunded minus a $30 office fee. No refunds of any fees after closing date. In the event the competition has to cancel, there will be no refunds.
Trophy and 8 ribbons for each division. GMHA Member special award for best overall score at any level. Eileen Wilmot Scholarship awarded in the JYOP & JYOI divisions sponsored by Birch Hill Farm. Rozo McLaughlin award goes to lowest scoring adult amateur sponsored by Area 1 Adult Riders.
155 permanent box stall and 42 portable stalls, all with solid doors. No bedding or hay provided; available for sale $10 per bale/bag. No tack stalls available. Stalls are to be stripped upon departure. You will be billed $50 for dirty stall. Vet/Farrier on call Thursday, on grounds Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I-3000m at 550 mpm, P -2800m at 520 mpm, T -2400m at 450 mpm, N -2000m at 350 mpm, BN 1600m at 350 mpm Terrain: hilly, much water, fields and woods.
Cross country is closed July 1. No wheeled or motorized vehicles on Cross country course. Concession on grounds during show hours. Strict Dog Policy: Pets must be leashed at all times, $50 fee for each off leash occurence. No dogs allowed on cross country course on cross country day. Horses must wear bridle number when out of stall. Cell phone coverage is unreliable in Vermont and non existent at GMHA. Bring a calling card.
