Address: 1839 London Rd., New Market, TN 37820 PLEASE BE WARY OF FOLLOWING MAPQUEST OR GPS DIRECTIONS!!! (Overpass on their route may be too low for many trailers).    Knoxville and West (I-40 OR I-640 bypass): Exit 394: Turn LEFT at light at exit onto 11E. Travel east approx. 17 miles to RG sign on left of hwy (Lowery Loop Rd). On right is New Market Church. Turn left and go straight at stop sign. At Baker Rd. turn left (signs will direct you from there). Approx. 5 miles. (NOTE: Once you are on 11E, Do NOT take fork to the right that says 11W/25W).
From Dandridge and East (I-.40): Exit 417: Turn RIGHT at light at exit, onto Hwy 92. Travel North approx 10 mi. to 11E. Turn left (West) approx 6 mi. to RG sign on right at Lowery Loop Rd. Follow directions as above. Directions to RG from area hotels on website: river-glen.com.

Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm; Competitors Wine & Cheese Welcome-6 pm.  Aerovator will be used on Cross/Country courses.
Sat: Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping-10:30 am; Competitors´ Dinner following. 
Sun: Cross-country-8 am 
PLEASE NOTE:  If number of horses warrant, changes to the schedule may necessitate the addition of Friday Dressage or Sat x/country.  Emails will communicate any such changes as soon as possible to competitors.

Will be posted on web at www.river-glen.com by Wednesday or call 865/475-1005 no sooner than Wednesday prior to event. Results will be posted on same site within 2 days of event.

Fees:
Entry: I/P: $185.00 + copy(ies) of Rider/Owner/Trainer USEF card(s); T/N/BN: $170.00.  Late Entry Fees:  Entries are "received" when paid.  An entry form, email or phone call with no payment is not an entry.  ALL ENTRIES that are POSTMARKED by the Closing Date must be received within 5 days after the Closing Date to avoid a late fee.  Entries POSTMARKED AND RECEIVED within the 5 days AFTER the Closing Date will be assessed a $25 late fee;  ALL ENTRIES received between 5-9 days after the Closing Date will be assessed a $50 late fee.  Any entry received 10 days after Closing Date will be accepted only with a $75 late fee AND if scratches warrants/permits.  Entries that arrive with NO postmark (the post office doesn't always stamp a date on items) will be considered "postmarked" on day of receipt. Late entries MUST use Xentry to PAY ONLINE.  Entries that are mailed to the organizer and not the secretary will be entered upon receipt by the secretary (after forwarded to Secretary from Organizer with postage costs assessed to the competitor) within restrictions listed above.  Stabling: $140.00 (includes 2 bags of shavings), add'l bags available for $7 ea.  Addt'l nights: $25/stall.  Tack Stall:  $140.00.  Stall Deposit:  $25.00 (separate check).  Trailer-in Fee:  $40.00 (non-stabled horses).  Grounds Fee:  $40.00 (non-competing horses).  RV Hookup:  $60.00 (Water and Electric), $30.00 addt'l night.  RV with Generator:  $30.00 (no water/electric), $15.00 addt'l night.  Extra Party Tickets:  $10.00, $5.00 per child.  Change Fee:  $40.00 (Changes made after closing date).  Bounced Check Fee:  $50.00.  Plastic pinney holder required, paper inserts provided.  May purchase from BitofBritain.com or tack vendor will carry a limited amount.
Entries:
By USEF rule: COMPLETE entries INCLUDING payment must be POSTMARKED BY Closing Date.  Please see Fees section for current late fees for entries received after closing date.  Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee and competitors´dinner. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. If oversubscribed, priority to USEA members.  State email address and date of birth on entry. Please send one check for EACH entry, stabling and fees; and one separate stall deposit check (if any) PER HORSE. Divisions may be further divided or combined if entries warrant. Preliminary and Intermediate MUST send copy of Rider, Owner and Trainer USEF Membership cards. We want to honor Stable With requests.  All those wanting to stable together MUST specify the SAME NAME (group name, barn name, coah's name) AND MUST BE RECEIVED within 5 days of Closing Date.  We cannot guarantee Stable With requests for any entries postmarked after Closing Date and entries received 10 days after Closing Date cannot honor Stable With requests.  PLEASE include date/time of arrival on Stabling Form.  Please fill out your entry form using the interactive entry form at www.river-glen.com or the XENTRY system at www.useventing.com, so it is legible and complete.  The Xentry system allows you to pay with a credit card online, BUT entry is NOT electronic, only credit card is.  ALL ENTRIES using ANY of the above, must be printed and mailed to the secretary after it's printed.  Rider Divisions open only to competitors that have NEVER completed HT's above the next highest level than the one they are entering within 5 years of the event.  Horse Divisions open only to horses that have NEVER completed HT's above the next highest level.  Double entries:  Accepted, no fee.  No more than 4 horses per rider at competition.  Any entry changes after closing date - $40.00.  No changes allowed in office on the Friday of event unless mandated by USEF regulations.  Any amounts owed at check-in MUST be paid with cash.  Negative Coggins within 12 months required for all horses and it must acompany entry.  REFUNDS:  Before closing date -Less $25 non-refundable office fee.  WITHDRAWAL ACCEPTED IN WRITING, OR ACKNOWLEDGED EMAIL TO SEC'Y BEFORE CLOSING DATE.  After closing date- USEA/USEF start fees only refunded unless place and stall fill from waiting list.  Competition cancellation-No refund.

Awards:

Trophy & 8 ribbons per division.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited to stall capacity.  $140 for Friday through Sunday nights, addt'l nights $25 per stall. Initial 2 bags shavings included in cost.  Additional bags $7 each.  210 stalls on grounds, 10 x 12;  permanent iron half/gates on stalls. Stall deposit $25, send separate check.  Stalls must be STRIPPED (not picked) or stall deposit check will be cashed.  $50 fine for switching assigned stalls without permission from secretary.  DO NOT TIE HORSES TO WASH RACKS!!  $40 trailer-in fee; $40 grounds fee non-competing horses. No schooling permitted for non-competing horses until cross-country is finished on Sunday. Schooling only permitted with signed waiver in office and trainer present. Veterinarian: Dr. Jennifer Miller on grounds through event. Emergency # will be posted at show office.

HOST HOTEL-Special rates! Comfort Suites 865/246-2426 (Exit 398);       SPONSOR HOTEL-Special rates-Hampton Inn, 25 mi.  865/465-0589 (Exit 407). All other local hotels listed at www.river-glen.com.  Majority of hotels are approx. 15 miles.
CAMPING:  Primitive, available on grounds, RV Hook ups as well.  Please specify early arrival or late departure on stabling forms.  Showers available on grounds 24/7.
Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Crushed limestone & sand. Large warm-up arena.

Cross-Country:

Cross Country courses will be aerovated!!!  I-approx. 2800 m @ 550 mpm. P-approx. 2300 m @ 520 mpm. T-approx. 2100 m @ 420 mpm. N-approx. 1900 m @ 350 mpm, BN-approx.1800m@350mpm/max. height 2´7". All courses average.  Water at all levels - BN crossing.  Bank, Drop, Ditch are possible at all levels.

Other Information:

Cross-country course closed July 21st. Competitor packets from secretary on Friday from noon 'til 5 p.m. Concessions on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. All fees owed at packet pick-up must be paid in cash or by casheir's check.
