Entries can not be postmarked prior to opening date. Entry comformation will be posted on Levels combined as warranted, state preference.


Entry limit 130.   Entry includes $25 non-refundable office fee. Faxed entries will not be accepted. Double Entries not accepted. BN rider not USEA member $25 additional fee with entry. Refunds: Before C.D. Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals accepted by email or fax before 9 p.m. C.D., no phone withdrawals.  After C.D no refund unless entry filled from waitlist, stabling fee only refunded if filled. ANY changes made after C.D. subject to $25 processing fee. Cancellation of Event: No Refund 
Health Certificate and Coggins: Out of State: Health Certificate within 30 days of competition and negative Coggins dated within 12 months In State: Health Certificate only. 
Preliminary entries must include copies of USEF membership cards for rider, trainer and owner. BN, non-USEA member, $25 fee. Starter, USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply and USEA member/non-member fees are waived. No deposit, $50 lost pinny - adjustable for air bag vests. Please contact secretary to inform.

STABLE ASSIGMENTS GROUPS please enter using the same name in block for reservation, i.e, stable name or one person's last name. Temporary stalls on grounds with fronts/electric hook up, usually 10 x 10.

Aerovation of galloping lanes, and rings
P-3200m @ 520mpm  T-2200m @ 420 mpm  N-2000m @ 400 mpm. BN/1800m @ 350 mpm.  Starter Natural fences to 2ft, stream crossing. Galloping flats, hills, wooded, pastoral, banks, steps, water complex, dew pond, and sunken road.  P - forward and educational course. T - challenging water, steps, and stream, ditch, natural fences and jumps of average difficulty N - Natural fences, several at max height, hills, stream; BN - Upgrade 2010. Natural fences average difficulty, and water complex, dew pond.

Other Information:

Cross Country course closes July 8th. Cross Country schooling by appointment only.
Friday Dressage & Show Jumping schooling rounds!
Concessions on grounds during show hours. NO unauthorized motorized vehicles on aerovated X-C. Dogs must be leashed; no dogs on the cross-country course.
