Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. USEA Membership required of all HT riders. Preliminary riders must send copies of USEF membership cards. Intro entrants: USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply and USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived. Refunds: Before C.D.-Entry less $25 non-refundable office fee/Stabling-In full; After C.D.-Entry- No refund, stabling-refund until July 20. Stabling cancellations must be in writing. All changes to entries and/or late post entries made after C.D. will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Scratches accepted by fax, email, or snail mail; NOT by phone or answering machine. Competition cancellation-Entry/stabling-No refund after July 20. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses.
Special awards & 8 ribbons per division. Prizes available at Secretary´s table after scores are officially posted.
Limited. $130 stall from Friday 7/27 2:00PM -Sunday 7/29 5:00PM All stalls must be cleaned before vacating. 200 stalls on grounds. Some temp. some permenent. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420mpm. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN 2000m @ 320 mpm. Intro. 1500m @ 300 mpm USEA courses: Good mid season courses, best for horses with some experience at the level. All courses may have ditches, banks, & water appropriate for level. Terrain: Open fields, one big hill, some short wooded trails. Intro. Starter course will be simple 2'0" jumps in front field only.
Cross-country course closed July 26. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed.
