PAPER NUMBER PINNIES WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR CROSS COUNTRY. RIDERS MUST BRING PINNY HOLDER WITH THEM. All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US banks; no foreign checks. All monies paid between July 4th and July 18th must be in form of money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions) Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. All BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay a $25 non-member fee. $50.00 will be charged for any returned checks. Any change to entry subject to $30 fee and must be in writing (fax, email or mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted. ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE PRINTED VALID EMAIL ADDRESS; ALL COMMUNICATIONS AFTER CLOSING DATE VIA EMAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON ENTRY. 54 permanent stalls in addition there will be 50 temporary stalls in the adjoining indoor enclosure, if warranted. $75 per night includes one bale of straw. STRAW BEDDING ONLY! Include a SEPARATE $50 check muck deposit. Competitors wishing to stay for the week must make arrangements through secretary. Bedding/Hay available for purchase ONLY if preordered on stabling form. Limited # of electric (only) hook-ups around stabling, $40/night.

All P-2600 m @ 520 mpm. All T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. All N-2000 m 350 mpm. All BN-1600 m @ 325. mpm. Footing is old established turf, good footing that will be aggravated and watered. BN/N Rolling terrain. Good confidence building and educational courses. Courses will be different from week 1. T/P Less difficult than week 1, Rolling terrain, Good confidence building and educational courses. Courses will be different with the idea of good move up courses for confident horse rider combinations. SJ and Dressage Arenas: all-weather footing.
New additions, new larger water jump, tracks and features to the xctry course for 2012. Competition Cross-country course open for schooling for the week of July 16. 10a – 6 p. weather permitting.
