Fri: 8:00 a.m. P and T Dressage and Show Jumping
Sat: 7:30 a.m. P and T Cross-country. All N and BN Dressage. All BN Show Jumping. Some Novice Show Jumping. Some Novice divisions will do Cross-country.
Sun: 7:30 a.m. All BN Cross-country. Remaning Novice Cross-country and Show Jumping.

XENTRY is preferred method of entering.Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. $30=Lost pinny, no deposit. NO FAXED OR INCOMPLETE ENTRIES ACCEPTED(must include stabling and all fees). We will not accept any entry by mail/overnight that will require secretary´s signature to receive. Refunds: Before C.D.- Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-No refund. Stabling-Less $10. NOTE: All withdrawals must be in writing & emailed or faxed by C.D. $100 fee for each change of entry after C.D. Changes within division only after July 4. Competition cancellation-No refund. Any addition error resulting in a $15 or less overage will be donated to the x-c jump fund. No entries are complete without fees enlcosed. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses; must accompany entry; health papers within 30 days should travel with out-of-state horses. All arrivals make sure to have copy of Coggins. State Vet. on hand and checking. Any incomplete or illegible entries not accepted. $60 charge for bounced checks. Please double check for errors any entries made through EventEntries.com. Check www.champagnerun.com for entry status and all updates. No acceptance letters will be sent. Please include legible email on entry form. IT IS RIDER RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK STATUS ON WEBSITE BEFORE CLOSING DATE. ACCEPTED ENTRIES WILL BE ON WEBSITE WITHIN 4 DAYS OF BEING RECEIVED.

$40/night. 800 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors only provided. Feed/hay/bedding/paddocks, golf carts available for purchase/rent from Dever Hay Grain & Bedding (800) 714-2201. You must call for bedding in advance for late night arrivals. NOTE: If you have a group wishing to stable together you MUST use either 1 person´s name or the stable name. This is the only way to ensure you are stabled together. Stall doors only provided. If not stabling on grounds you must include one time $30/horse haul in fee for entry to be complete. Non-competing horse fee/grounds fee $30 plus ship-in or stall fee. Tack stall fees: $40/night. Veterinarian: Dr. Chris Newton, Rood and Riddle Equine. Any requested stabling assignment change (if different from that on entry stabling form) will incurr a $25 fee, if we are able to make the change. $50 charge for any stabling changes not made by secretary.

P-2800 m @ 520mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm. Terrain: Open, rolling Bluegrass. All courses: Moderate difficulty, suitable for horses with some experience at their level.
Cross-country course closed. May have schooling on Sun after event, see www.champagnerun.com for details after closing date. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. TRADE FAIR! Please do not switch or use stalls without contacting the sec´y. Will be fined $50.
