Enter online at www.evententries.com (credit cards accepted) or send the check to the address listed above. All checks must be received prior to July 7. If doing an electronic entry through www.EventEntries.com, you must submit your payment, signature page, and copy of coggins within 5 days of entering (if not postmarked within 5 days, entry will be assigned a postmark on the date it is complete). Unpaid entries will not be scheduled.
PAPER NUMBER PINNIES WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR CROSS COUNTRY. RIDERS MUST BRING PINNY HOLDER WITH THEM. All entry fees must be in US funds; checks must be US checks or money orders from US banks; no foreign checks. All monies received between June 30th and July 9th must be paid in form of money order/cash/cashiers check (no exceptions) “Signature Required’ not accepted. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must include a $25 N/M fee with entry. $50.00 will be charged for any returned checks. Any change to entry subject to $30 fee and must be in writing (fax, email or mail). Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both) and/or division, space permitting. Absolutely no telephone withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE PRINTED VALID EMAIL ADDRESS: ALL COMMUNICATIONS AFTER CLOSING DATE VIA EMAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON ENTRY. ALL paperwork must
be in hand by July 2. Any incomplete entries after July 2 will be charged a $20
late fee.If space allows and post entries are accepted they will be charged an additional $50.

54 permanent stalls on site with stall doors in addition there will be 50 temporary stalls in the adjoining indoor enclosure, if warranted. $75.00 per night includes one bale of straw. STRAW BEDDING ONLY! Include SEPARATE $50 check muck deposit. If Stabling and Muck fees are combined into one check, the Muck fee will not be refunded. Competitors wishing to stay for the week must make arrangements through secretary. Bedding/Hay available for purchase ONLY if preordered on stabling form. Limited # of electric hook-ups around stabling, $40/night. Veterinarian: # will be posted at sec´y´s office. Farrier - Josh Eggink 301-418-1237,will be on the grounds.
I-3200 m @ 550 mpm.P-2600 m @ 520 mpm. T- 2400m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m 350 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 325 mpm. Footing is old established turf, good footing; will be aggravated and watered. OI Moderate track over rolling terrain, with bold gallop fences, terrain and accuracy questions. Good move up for confident horse and rider combinations. P/T Challenging tracks, P has terrain and accuracy questions, bold gallop fences. T has terrain questions that focus on the development of better balance and accuracy. Both T and P are good tracks for horses and riders that are looking to move up in the future for confident horse/rider combinations. Not recommended for first time at these levels. N/BN Good educational and inviting tracks. Courses will have changes between week 1 + 2.

Water on grounds but it is advised to bring your own. Non-competing horses require Neg. 12 month Coggins through last day of event.

DOGS: As much as we love dogs, we would prefer you leave them at home. If however you must bring them along, the USEF rule GR1301.6 will be STRICHTLY ENFORCED. There will be a $75 fine for any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner may be asked to leave the grounds. Due to an unfortunate incident we must enforce this policy… and besides, it IS the rule at a recognized USEF competition!
GR 1301.6. Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’ behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning cards.
