Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. USEA non-member fee waived for Novice and BN competitors that are USPC members competing in USPC Team Competition. Non compete horse: $30 each. We will be using paper numbers and vinyl pinnies. If you do not own a vinyl pinny a limited number will be available for purchase at the show office for $15. Please provide legible E-mail address for communication and questions Refunds: Before C.D.-If in writing, less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund unless entry/stall filled from wait list. Trailer Pass required for those not stabling.

HT: $35 per day, $35 each tack or non compete horse. 800 perm. stalls 10' x 10' available on grounds. Stall doors provided. Exhibitors who trailer their horse(s) in for the day and do not purchase a stall will be required to purchase a Trailer Day Pass at the show office, main entrance gate or Visitor Information Center. All courses: Average for horses with some experience at these levels. We use portable obstacles primarily. P: Coffin, corner and combinations possible. Water at all levels with option for Starter Test. Ditches, banks possible at BN/N/T. Starter courses will be good introductory, inviting fences. Rolling hills, mostly open. Cross-country distances are approximate.
PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR: Per USEF Rule EV114 Dress. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM/SEI standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. Cross-country course closed except for official schooling dates. Entry limit to 350; Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Private golf cart owners must purchase a Golf Cart License for $25/event or $50/season. No motorized vehicles on XC course at any time. NO ALL TERRAIN (ATV) VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON GROUNDS Horse Trials will follow USEF Rules & USEA Guidelines. Copies of health certificates & Coggins must be available upon request by state inspector. Keep copies with you upon arrival. All horse trailers must be parked in the front parking lot: No trailer parking in the show barn area.
