Career2 is sponsored by NY Racing Association (NYRA) operators of Saratoga, Belmont and Adequduct and NY Thoroughbreed Horsemen's Association (NYTHA).
Compete in any of the 10 NY Second Career Circuit events honoring the retraining of Second Career Thoroughbreds (SCTBs), bred anywhere in the world, in the sport of Eventing. The Grand Finale will be held at Millbrook Horse Trials August 2-5.

OR: Rt. 22 N to Austerlitz; Turn left onto St. Rt. 203. Follow 8 mi to Chatham. At light, turn right onto Rt. 66 N. follow to Chatham Center, across red metal bridge. In approx 1/2 mi. Rt. 66 goes right, stay straight onto Rt. 17. Follow to Stop. Turn right onto Rt. 203. go thru hamlet of N. Chatham approx. 1 mi to left turn onto Rt. 32 W. Approx 1/2 mi to right onto Woodward Rd. Intro Test is full HT w/XC, max. ht. 2'. Entry includes $25 non-refundable Office Fee. Divisions may be divided; state age and experience on Entry Form. Refunds: Before CD: Entry and Stabling In Full less $25 Office Fee; After CD: Less $25 Office Fee only if place/stall can be filled. Compettion cancellation: No refund unless circumstances allow partial refund at discretion of Organizer.
BN HT, Intro and Combined Test entries do not need to be USEA members: BN HT and CT will need to pay $25 non-member fee. Intro entrants are exempt from USEA Membership/non-membership fees. CT and Intro entrants are exempt from USEA Starter and Drug Fees. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all entries. Any non-competeing horses must get permission from Organizer, pay $20 fee and get a number from the Sec. No pinney deposit required.

Prizes and ribbons to 6th place in all divisions. Special award for Low Score in HT divisions. Career2 NY Second Career Thoroughbred Circuit: All levels win, 1st place $300 plus saddle pad, 2nd place $100 and ribbons for placements 1-6. $100 of 1st prize and saddle pad is sponsored by TIP, the Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program. If demand is sufficient,(12 min. req.) portable stbling on grounds: $125. If not, stabling will be at various local barns, $60 per night; Please state preference on Entry Form. Sec. will be in touch with those requiring Stabling. $25 Clean Stall Deposit required - Separate Check

We will be using the Permanent Pinney holder system. Riders will be responsible for purchasing their own holder, the event will supply the numbers. They can be purchased thru Bit of Britain, or we will have some available for sale at the event for $20
