Draw checks to Stoneleigh-Burnham School. Entry: P: $170.00; T,N,BN: $160.00 (section 1) Stabling: $120 (section 1) Grounds Fee: $ 20.00 per entry for non-stabled horses

Entries:

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. USEA Membership required of all riders. Preliminary riders must send copies of USEF membership cards. Refunds: Before C.D.-Entry less $25 non-refundable office fee/Stabling-In full; After C.D.-Entry- No refund, stabling-refund until June 26. Stabling cancellations must be in writing. All changes to entries and/or late post entries made after C.D. will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Scratches accepted by fax, email, or snail mail; NOT by phone or answering machine. Competition cancellation-Entry/stabling-No refund. Lost pinny=$25.  Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses.

Competitor Information
Awards:

Special awards & 8 ribbons per division. PLUS $100.00 Low Score Award (given to the lowest score for the entire level): Must be present to receive awards. Prizes available at Secretary´s table after scores are officially posted. Special award offered! Champion Connemara award is offered to full and half-bred Connemara´s in any division. If entries warrant the award will be split in a way decided by the secretary. To be eligible please send in a copy of ACPS membership card and registration papers with your entry. The winning horse must have a score of 40 or lower in dressage with no XC jump faults and no more than two rails down in Show Jumping. Time faults are ok in either jumping phase, refusals are not.

Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited. $120/stall open from Friday 7/3 12:00 noon to Sunday 7/5 7:00p.m. 200 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors. 1 bag bedding provided. Extra shavings available for purchase. Veterinarian: VT-NH Veterinary Clinic, (802) 254-5422. # will be posted at sec´y´s office.

Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: P-2006 USEF Preliminary Test B -Sm. T-2006 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2006 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Grass or sand.

Cross-Country:

P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420mpm. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN 2000m @ 320 mpm. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels. * Prelim. New Track!  All courses have ditches, banks, & water appropriate for level. Terrain: Open fields, woods, some hills.

Other Information:

Cross-country course closed July 3. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. If found unleashed--$25 Fine!  XC schooling day offered July 8 Contact secretary for details.
