If your FEH entry is for sale, be sure to note it when registering your horse at www.equestrianentries.com or on your FEH entry form.  Sale horse entries will be noted on the show program.  E-mail a sale photo/flyer in .pdf format to vcarson@moonrisingfarm.com to have it included in the show program and posted at the show site for no extra charge.  Offer limited to horses entered in FEH Test at Moon Rising Farm.  Sorry, advertisements including horses not entered in FEH at Moon Rising Farm will be rejected.

Fees:

$50 per horse, plus $10 USEA fee.

No charge for championship class.

1. Entries:

FEH Entry Form and additional information can be found on www.useventing.com.  All entries must include a valid e-mail address.  Entries accepted after closing date at show management's discretion.

Competition will be held in an indoor arena, rain or shine.  Day-of-show phone number:  301-540-5186

Current (less than 12 months old) Negative coggins required for all horses.  Coggins not mailed with entry may be faxed to the secretary at 240-358-0069

Refunds:  Before closing date - entry fee in full.  Withdrawal notification via e-mail only.  Competition cancellation - no refund.

3. Awards:

Classes will be pinned through 6th place.  Sponsored Prizes for champion and reserve at each age level.  Prizes for overall champion and reserve champion.

4. Starting Times:

Approximate start times and order of go will be e-mailed and posted at www.moonrisingfarm.com by Thursday morning, June 17.

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited stabling available at $35/day.  Please contact moonrising@earthlink.net to request stabling. 

7. Directions:

Show Address:  Moon Rising Farm, 21800 Slidell Rd., Boyds, MD  20841

Directions:  From Route 270:  West on Route 121 approx. 3.6 miles;  turn right onto Barnesville Rd., Route 117 for approx 1.1 mile; turn right onto Slidell Rd. for approx. 1.3 miles to farm sign and drive on the left.

8. Dressage:

FEH Test will be conducted in the Indoor Arena

10. Other Information:

Professional videographer Carol Havelka will be available to create a DVD of your test, including audio of the judge's comments for a reasonable fee. 

Professional handler Christine Smith will be available to handle your horses.    Please contact vcarson@moonrisingfarm.com to request Christine's services in advance.

Check in with show management in the Indoor Arena lobby upon arrival

Light food and beverages will be available in the Indoor Arena Lobby.
