EVENT FEES: Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to Chattahoochee Hills Eventing. Credit Cards accepted. ENTRY: AEC: Early entry discount Opening Date to Aug. 10 - $280.00 ($80 USEA Nominating Fee and $25 non refundable office fee included); Aug. 11 to Closing Date - $380.00 ($80 USEA Nominating Fee and $25 non refundable office fee included) STABLING: $200.00 Wed, Sept.8 to Mon, Sept.13, $30.00 for each additional day. GROUNDS FEE: $100.00 (for competing horse not stabled on grounds)
1. Entries: Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required--for sale on site for $10 each. Refunds: Before C.D. - Entry/Stabling Fee Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-For Entries marked "pending final qualification" only (entries that have not achieved the qualifications): Entry less $50 office fee; Stabling-No refund. For all other reasons: Entry Fee less $50 office fee; Stabling No refund. Competition cancellation-partial refund. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses.

All Land Rover USEA AEC Divisions are Restricted to AEC Qualified Horses and Riders. CHECK QUALIFICATION CRITERIA ON www.useventing.com
2. Tentative Schedule:
Please check website www.chatthillseventing.com for more detailed schedule and current updates. Specific scheduling of divisions will depend on entry numbers at each level.
3. Awards:
All divisions: 1st through 12th place ribbons, Prizes - see www.useventing.com and www.chatthillseventing.com for up to date listing of offered prize money, prizes and sponsors. Awards ceremony at end of each division.
5. Stabling/Veterinarian:
$200.00 Wed, Sept. 8 to Mon, Sept.13, $30.00 for each additional day, Stall deposit $25.00 (separate check). Stalls fee. Stall doors provided. Competing horses not stabled on grounds $100.00 grounds fee. Pre-order bedding and golf cart reservations at www.ChattHillsEventing.com Feed/Bedding/Hay available for purchase. Golf Carts maybe limited, reservations must be made by closing date, Aug. 24. Pre-order bedding is encourage, pre-orders orders must be received by Friday, Sept. 3. 6. Accommodations:
