Event Fees Directory: Draw checks to Corona Del Sol.
Entry: HT Divisions: $160.00;  Starter Test (18"): $80.00 
Stabling: $100.00
Grounds Fee for non-stabled horses $35

Teams- $10 per team member, must have teams of 3 or 4 people, Trainers and family members welcome, can be mixed levels. must sign up by Friday 6:00 P.M.

1. Entries:

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. N competitors must be USEA members & horses must be USEA registered. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay a $25 non-member fee with the entry. Eventing Tests- Starter: USEF/USEA membership fees/starter/D&M fees do not apply, but USEA non-members must pay an extra $25 non-membership fee with entry. Double entries: Not accepted. Lost Pinny- $30.00, no deposit required. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After CD-Less $35.00 only if place can be filled from a wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Also $15 Stall Cleaning deposit- (will be not be cashed if stalls pass look over Sunday Night) Grounds fee for non-stabled horses $35.00.
BN will be split into two sections, BN-1 (2'4") and BN-2 (2'7'). Specify on entry form  

2. Tentative Schedule:

Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm; Riders meeting-6:00 P.M: Riders must attend to pick up their X-C pinnies. 
Sat: Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping-12:00 p.m.
Sun: Cross-country-9 am. Awards Presentation for all divisions after go arounds, rider participation asked.

3. Awards:

Trophies 1st and 2nd places. Award Certificates for 1st place as well.   Ribbons 1st- 6th place per division. and Teams 1st-4th

Special Awards- No Watch Award ( riders that come in on optimum time whereing  no watch on X-C, all levels)

4. Starting Times:

Available March 25,2010. Will be Posted on Sol-Events.com for viewing, or can be sent from Sec´y.

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited. $100 per stall, Stabling open Thursday night- 80  stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses- $35.  Feed/Bedding/Hay available for purchase, further info from the sec´y. Veterinarian: Dr. Valerie Bixler #´s will be posted at Sec´y´s Office. Farrier- Johnny Cochran- 325-864-8763

6. Accommodations:

Baird Motor Inn-1 mi., (325) 854-2527. Camping and Hook-ups: One mile away located at Baird Motor Inn; contact sec´y for information.

7. Directions:

Address: 2288 FM 18, Baird, TX 79504.
From I-20 West from Ft. Worth &, I-20 East from Abilene: to exit 303, turn south under the over pass  to stop sign. Turn left on FM 18 and go 2 miles, entry on left before S curves.

8. Dressage:

Tests and Arenas: PT-2010 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2010 USEF Training Test A. N-2010 USEF Novice Test A. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A. Arenas: Small Dressage, All Sandy soil. New Warm up Areas!

9. Cross-Country:

T- 2220 m @420 mpm, N-1800 m @ 375 mpm. BN2(2'7")-1400m @350 mpm.BN1(2')1400m @300mpm,   All courses: Easy, good for first time at this level.

10. Other Information:

Cross-country course closed March 1st.
On Grounds Stabling limit 80- will be seleted by order on entries received. Dogs must be leashed.
Food on Grounds.
 Riders meeting Friday Night 6:00 P.M. - Riders must attend to pick up their X-C pinnies.
Party Saturday night 5:00 P.M.  Silent auction, horseshoes contest and good west texas music.
BN will be split into two sections, BN-1 (2'4") and BN-2 (2'7'). Specify on entry form

Champagne Run at the Park Horse Trials Cancelled
Due to scheduling conflicts, the Champagne Run at the Park Horse Trials set to take place on July 10-11 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky has been cancelled. (May 17, 2010)
