Entry: HT Divisions: $175.00; BN level 1: $150.00; Starter Event (GAG): $120.00
Stabling: $100.00 
Grounds Fee: For non-stabled horses $35.00

Teams- Are free and will be assigned by show staff, Riders will discover their team mates at riders meeting  Friday 6:00 P.M. which all riders must attend to pick up x-c pinneys.

1. Entries:

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. N competitors must be USEA members & horses must be USEA registered. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay a $25 non-member fee with the entry. Eventing Tests- Starter: USEF/USEA membership fees/starter/D&M fees do not apply. Double entries: Not accepted. Lost Pinny- $30.00, no deposit required. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After CD-Less $35.00 only if place can be filled from a wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Also $15 Stall Cleaning deposit- (will be not be cashed if stalls pass look over Sunday Night) Grounds fee for non-stabled horses $35.00.

2. Tentative Schedule:

Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm; Riders meeting-6:00 P.M: Riders must attend to pick up their X-C pinnies. 
Sat: Championship horse inspection 8 a.m. Dressage-8 a.m.; Cross-country-11:30 am.
Sun: Show Jumping -9 am. Awards Presentation for all divisions after go arounds, rider participation asked.

3. Awards:

Trophies 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Award Certificates for 1st place as well.   Ribbons 1st- 6th place per division. and Teams 1st-4th. Special Awards- No Watch Award ( riders that come in on optimum time whereing  no watch on X-C, all levels). Best Turned out horses get ribbons and chance at special award of full grooming kit. The Award NOT to get- MUD DOBBER AWARDS to all fallen riders. with a free x-c schooling ticket.

4. Starting Times:

Available Nov.10, 2009. Will be Posted on Sol-Events.com for viewing, or can be sent from Sec´y.

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited. $100 per stall, Stabling open Thursday night- 75  stalls on grounds, as well as some outdoor pens if availible. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. Grounds fee for non-stabled horses- $35.  Feed/Bedding/Hay available for purchase, further info from the sec´y. Veterinarian: Dr. Shepard of Cisco Animal Care#´s will be posted at Sec´y´s Office.

6. Accommodations:

Many hotels availible in Abilene, TX about 15 mins away.
Baird Motor Inn-1 mi., (325) 854-2527. Camping: One mile away; contact sec´y for information.

7. Directions:

Address: 2288 FM 18, Baird, TX 79504. From I-20 West from Ft. Worth &, I-20 East from Abilene: to exit 303, turn south under the over pass  to stop sign. Turn left on FM 18 and go 2 miles, entry on left before S curves.

8. Dressage:

Tests: PT- 2010 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T- 2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N- 2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN#2- 2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. BN#1- 2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A. Sm. Starter Test- USDF Walk-Trot  Arenas: Small Dressage, All Sandy soil. New Warm up Areas!

9. Cross-Country:

PT-2220 m @450 mpm. T- 2220 m @420 mpm. N-1800 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1400m @300 mpm.  Starter- 1000m  All courses: Easy, good for first time at this level.

10. Other Information:

Cross-country course closed August 1. On Grounds Stabling limit 75- will be seleted by order on entries received. Dogs must be leashed. Food on Grounds. Riders meeting Friday Night 6:00 P.M. - Riders must attend to pick up their X-C pinnies. Party Saturday night 6:00 P.M. Snacks, Drinks, silent auction, horseshoes contest and good west texas music.
