1. Entries:
Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. .BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Competition Cancellation-No refund.

Thur: Cross-country course open-3 pm.
3. Awards:
Trophy & 8 ribbons per division.
4. Starting Times:
Available June 9 at www.aspenfarmseventing.com.
5. Stabling/Veterinarian:
Limited. $120/stall from 10 am Thursday to 6 pm Sunday. 260 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. Veterinarian: TBA, # will be posted at show office.
6. Accommodations:
Prairie Hotel-5 mi., (360) 458-8300. Super 8-16 mi., (360) 459-8888. Quality Inn, Lacey-16 mi., (360) 493-1991. La Quinta, Lacey-16 mi., (360) 412-1200. Camping: Available on grounds-no hook-ups; free.
7. Directions:
Address: 13042 Morris Rd, Yelm, WA 98597. Northbound: I-5 exit 88A-Tenino becomes WA Rte 507 (16 mi) to Rainier, right on Center St., becomes 148th Ave SE (4.5 mi.) to left onto Morris Rd. SE, 1.8 mi., to 130th Trail and sign for Aspen Farms. Southbound: I-5 exit 116 “Old Nisqually & Mounts Rd.’ end exit left follow to Reservation Rd., left, to stop left on Pacific Hwy, WA Rte 510 through Yelm to light at Bald Hills Rd, right then right onto Morris Road, 2.5 mi., to 130th Trail & sign for Aspen Farms.
8. Dressage:
Test & arena sizes: I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test A-Std. P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. T-2010 USEF Training Test-B-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Sand.
9. Cross-Country:
I-3200 m @ 550 mpm. P-3100 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-1830 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1500 m @ 300 mpm. BN max. fence height 2´7’. All courses: Solid, for horses with experience at these levels.
10. Other Information:
Cross-country course closed May 7. Entry limit: 280 horses. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Party: Saturday Evening. Team competition $40 per team-must compete Saturday night at Party. |
