Draw checks to Pine Hill. Entry: All divisions: $120.00 (section 1) Stabling: $ 65.00 (section 5) Camping: $ 35.00 (section 6)

1. Entries:

Entry fee includes a $20 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Accepted, no charge. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Any entry changes/additions made after C.D. will be charged a non-refundable $40 post closing date fee. Preliminary competitors who are not USEF members must pay extra $25 with entry. $20 lost pinny-No deposit required. Refunds: Before C.D.‑Entry/Stabling-Less $20 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.‑Entry less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list/Stabling-No refund. Competition cancellation-Refund of entry/stabling-Less $75 office/competition expense fee. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Out‑of‑state horses check Texas state regulations.

2. Tentative Schedule:

Fri: Cross‑country course open-12 noon. Sat: Dressage-7:30 am; Show Jumping-9:30 am; Cross‑country-1 pm. Sun: Cross-country alternate time-8 am if postponed from Sat.

3. Awards:

Medal & 6 ribbons per division.

4. Starting Times:

Postcards will be sent to competitors mailing a SASE with entry. Times will be posted on: www.pinehilltexas.com.

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited. $65/Stall noon Fri. to noon Sun. Assigned on first come, first served basis as entries are received: PLEASE sign up early if you wish to have ongrounds stabling! 11 perm/66 temp. stalls on grounds. All have stall doors. Veterinarian: Dr. Lamp, Bellville Vet Clinic, (979) 865‑2192. # will be posted in program, on stalls cards & at secy?s office. Phone for emergency use at sec'y's area. (979)877-4882 or (979)221-4284

7. Directions:

Address: 1720 Hwy 159 East, Bellville, TX 77418 From I‑10: Exit 720 at Sealy, Hwy 36. North through Sealy 12 mi. to Bellville. Right at second light to Hwy 159. Continue over tracks toward Hempstead. Entrance on left 1.2 mi. after tracks. From Rt. 290 (from Hempstead): Hwy 159 West from Hempstead toward Bellville. Farm entrance on right 12 mi. after river crossing, 1 mi. after State Rest Area on the right. From Rt. 290 (from Brenham): Hwy 36 South through Bellville (around courthouse). Continue through light over tracks to Hwy 159 toward Hempstead. Farm entrance on left 1.2 mi. after crossing tracks on left.

8. Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: P-2006 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. T-2006 USEF Training Test A-Sm. N-2006 USEF Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: 2 Sand, 1 grass; grass warm-up.

9. Cross-Country:

P‑approx. 2800 m @ 510 mpm. T‑approx. 2400 m @ 440 mpm. N‑approx. 2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN‑1600 m @ 350 mpm/max. height 2'9". Terrain: Woods & open fields with rolling terrain & creek crossing. COURSE DIFFICULTY: All other courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.

10. Other Information:

Cross‑country course closed Sunday before the start of the competition. Entry limit 100. Rider limit 3 horses/level. Levels divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. **BNR/BNH=Open to VERY inexperienced riders/horses. Prize list available from sec'y or online at www.pinehilltexas.com. Food & drink on grounds from Saturday am. Dogs must be leashed. Fajita Dinner, Friday pm next door at Martins
