Event Fees Directory - see individual section for details. Draw checks payable to Rubicon Farm. ELECTRONIC ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA WWW.EVENTENTRIES.COM UNTIL THE EVENT IS FULL. At that time, electronic entry capability will be suspended. Entry: All Divisions: $170.00 (section 1)

1. Entries:

Entry fee includes $25 non-refundable office fee. All entry fees must be in US FUNDS; checks must be US checks or money orders from US banks; no foreign checks. ENTER ON-LINE via www.evententries.com. For electronic entries, take avantage of Event Entries digital signature, coggins, and membership card features.  Otherwise,mail legible coggins, signature page, membership cards (Prelim only), and checks (if necessary) to secretary prior to closing date. Note: USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. These association fees should be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with your entry or paid on-line with your entry. Please use the 2009 entry form. Failure to do so could result in the entry not being accepted. $25 fee for bounced checks. Double entries: Not accepted. All BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. Refunds: Before C.D.- less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. No refunds after 9 pm, Nov. 2. All scratches/changes must be submitted directly to Sheryl Williams; fax (703) 777-4366, email rubiconfarm@lucketts.net. We are not responsible for messages left on answering machines. $30 for any change of entry after CD. No changes after Nov. 2. Competition cancellation- No refund. Pinnies not returned=$50. Current Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses, must accompany entry.  Horses without copy of current Coggins on file will not be permitted on grounds.

2. Tentative Schedule:

Thu: Cross-country course open 3 pm. Fri: P - Dressage - 11am Sat: P/N-Dressage-7:30 am; Show Jumping-8:30 am; Cross-country-9 am. Sun: All T/BN-Dressage 7:30 am; Show Jumping 8:30 am; Cross-country 9 am. ***Note: all riders will have published show jumping times and published XC times being approx 25-30 minutes after your SJ ride.

3. Awards:

8 ribbons per division; prizes.

4. Starting Times:

Available Nov. 3 at www.rubiconfarm.com. Please include legible e-mail address with entry as times will be e-mailed.

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:

None on grounds; see www.rubiconfarm.com for options to arrange for your own stabling. Veterinarian: Blue Ridge Veterinary, (540) 338-7387. # will be posted at secretary stand.

6. Accommodations:

Idyll Time B&B-2 mi., (703) 443-2992 (www.bbonline.com/va/idylltime/).  The following are 7 miles away, located in Leesburg: Hampton Inn, (800) HAMPTON; Holiday Inn, (703) 771-9200. Best Western (703) 777-9400. Camping: No camping. No RV hookups on grounds.

7. Directions:

Address: 14060 Rubicon Farm Lane, Leesburg, VA 20176 (North of Leesburg, in Lucketts, VA). From North: Route 15 S. Left just past Getty Station onto Rte. 658/St. Clair Road, right at stop sign onto 662/Lucketts Road, 1 mi. on right. From South: Rt. 15 N into Lucketts. Right at traffic light onto Rt. 662/Lucketts Road. 1 mi. on left.

8. Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: P-2006 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. All T-2006 USEF Training Test B-Sm. All N-2006 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Arenas: Grass arenas and Sand & Permaflex. Warm-up: Grass 

9. Cross-Country:

P-3200 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 470 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm, Terrain: gently rolling. All courses: Average for horses with experience at this level.

10. Other Information:

Cross-country course always closed.
Organizer reserves the right to cancel/combine divisions.
Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. If no birth date listed, senior assumed.
If no preferences specified under Eligible Section, open is assumed.
Food available on grounds.
Dogs must be leashed. $50 fine for dogs not leashed to a human or otherwise restrained.
No camping; No RV hookups on grounds.
No motorized vehicles allowed on XC course.
Cross Country Schooling Day - Tuesday, November 10th, 10am-3pm, weather permitting, $50 per horse/rider.
