Fees:

Entry: I/P: $195.00; T/N/BN: $175.00, Stabling: $100.00
TR-3 Day: $350.00, includes stabling for duration of competition, Wednesday thru Sunday. All TR-3 Day horses must be stabled on site.  Camping: $50/weekend (section 6) Ship-in: $30.00/weekend

1. Entries:

All entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry.
TR-3 Day participants are exempt from the USEA Starter Fee, but must pay the $7.00 D&M fee as itemized on the entry form. Qualifications: TR-3 Day participants msut qualify to attend: horse and rider, must complete a minimum of 4 training level horse trials, with no cross-country jump penalties, one horse trials must be as a combination and within the current competition year, all qualifiers within the current and preceding two calendar years. Participants should expect a championship level course which includes water, banks, ditches and suitable combinations. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; Withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, emailed, or mailed on or before C.D. (fax: 352-669-7689). NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After C.D- Entry/Stabling refunded only if spot is filled. ANY entries or changes submitted after C.D. will be charged a $25 processing fee. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months. 30 day health certificate required at Florida State line.

2. Tentative Schedule:

TRAINING 3-DAY TEST: SPECIFIC DETAILS TO FOLLOW UPON ENTRY ACCEPTANCE. Educational seminars and demonstrations will occur throughout the event.
Wed/Thurs: TR-3 Day check-in; arrival. No arrivals before 2 pm Wed.
Thurs: TR-3 Day welcome briefing, First Horse Inspection. Cross-country
Fri: Dressage,
Sat: Cross-country; third horse inspection.
Sun: Show Jumping, mounted awards.
Horse Trials:
Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm.
Sat: Dressage-8 am, Show Jumping -10 am.
Sun: Cross country -8 am. 

3. Awards:

Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. TR-3 Day: Additional prizes provided by the USEA T3D Series Sponosrs: SmartPak, FITS, Nunn Finer and Chaps

4. Starting Times:

Will be emailed to you and posted on our web site at http://www.RockingHorseHT.com.

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:

Limited. $100.00 Friday-Sunday, additional nights, $30/night. 104 perm. stalls on grounds.$30 for duration to ship in. TR-3 Day: Included with entry fee. Stall doors and bedding provided! Feed/hay available for purchase ½ mile away from show grounds. Veterinarian: # posted on each stall card.

Everyone camping will be given a tag to display.

7. Directions:

Address: 44200 State Road 19N, Altoona, FL 32702 From North of Ocala: Rte 40 east for approx 35 miles to Hwy 19 south. Take Hwy 19 south for 15 miles farm is on the left. From North of Jacksonville: I-95 south to I-295 south to Exit 3 (Orange Park) to right on Hwy 17 to Palatka. Right on Hwy 19 south, when you cross Hwy 40 (staying on Hwy 19) farm is 15 mi. on left. From Orlando Airport: Beeline Expressway (Hwy 528) west (towards Orlando) to Florida Turnpike north (towards Ocala) to Hwy 429 north (towards Apopka) to Hwy 441 north (towards Mt. Dora) to Hwy 19 north in Eustis. Farm on right, 18 miles.

8. Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: I-2006 USEF Intermediate Test A-Sm. P-2006 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. TR3D/T-2006 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2006 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test B -Sm. Arenas: Clay, sand mix.

9. Cross-Country:

I-3200m @550 mpm P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm/max. fence height 2'7". All courses: Flat terrain, , medium difficulty for all levels. TR-3 Day, Specific Details for A, B, C & D on website:Participants should expect a championship level course which includes water, banks, ditches and suitable combinations.

10. Other Information:

Cross-country course closed October 19 (last day to school, Oct. 18). Levels may be further divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. No stabling changes without permission of sec'y or $50 fine. Food on grounds. Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed. If caught loose a $50 fine.
