Fees:

Event Fees Directory - see individual section for details. Draw checks to Team Challenge. Any fees postmarked after Sep 22 must be either via Money Order or Cashiers Check. Returned checks will be assessed a $30 fee. Please check the fee calculation for your entry carefully. Computational errors, or errors triggered by automated entry processes, which result in a refund due, will be charged a $25 handling charge. Should the difference remaining in the refund total be $10 or less, the remainder will be donated to the XC jump fund. Entry: CCI1*: $570.00 (inclds stabling, see above); T3D: $400.00 (includes stabling, see above) HT: $190.00 (section 1) Stabling: $ 35.00 per night (section 5) Non-Compete Horses: $ 30.00 (section 5)

1. Entries:

All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. CCI1*/TD3: Entry Fee includes stabling Tuesday thru Sunday nights. TD3 participants are exempt from the USEA Starter Fee, but a $7 D&M fee will be collected. Double entries: Not accepted. USEA membership required at all levels. CCI U.S. Horses: A National Passport obtained through the USEF is mandatory and must have a current FEI registration number. All foreign horses must have an FEI Passport. All CCI Competitors must have an current FEI registration number. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund unless filled from waitlist. Horse or Rider (not both) substitutions within level only. Scratches will be filled only from the wait list. $45 each change after CD (including stabling changes), as schedule permits. All withdrawals must be in writing by mail or email to sec'y by 9 pm of C.D. No phone messages accepted. Competition cancellation - As expenses allow. Lost Pinny: riders will be invoiced $20.00 for lost pinny. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Tues: CCI1*/T3D arrival exams. Wed: Competitor Briefing- 10:00 am (CCI1*/T3D); T3D Seminars; Cross-country open. First Horse Inspection-3:00 pm (CCI1*/T3D) Thurs: Dressage- 8:00 am (CCI1*); T3D Seminars- 8:00 am  Fri: Dressage -8:00 am (CCI1*& T3D & OP) Sat: XC- 8:00 am (CCI1*/OP/T3D/OT); Dressage- 8:00 am (OT/ON/OBN); Show Jumping- 11:00 am (ON/OBN) Sun: Third Horse Inspection- 8:00 am (CCI1*/T3D); Cross-country- 8:00 am (ON/OBN); Show Jumping- 8:00 am(OP/OT/TD3); CCI1*- Show Jumping & awards- noon. All T3D Educational Seminars open to CCI* competitors. A complete Seminar schedule will be posted at www.kyevents.net. The competition schedule is tentative. 3. Awards:

CCI1*/T3D: Trophy & 10 ribbons. HT: Trophy & 10 ribbons per division. Team placings, 1st - 10th.

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:

CCI* & T3D: Tues thru Sun included in entry fee. HT: $35 per stall per night. All Tack rooms: $35 per night. Shared tack rooms must be paid with single check, 800 permanent stalls on grounds. Feed/Bedding/Hay/Paddock and golf cart rentals: Devers, Inc. (859) 233-9702, www.deverinc.com. $30 non-competing horse, plus stall. Veterinarian: FEI Vet Delegate: Dr. Duncan Peters, USA. 9. Cross-Country:

CCI*: ″A"-3520-4400m @ 220 mpm. "B"-1920-2240m @ 640 mpm. ″C"-4000-6400m @ 160 mpm. ″D"-3640-4160m @ 520 mpm. CCI* w/o-sc: 4160-4680m @ 520 mpm T3D:"A"- 2200-3520m @ 220 mpm, "B"-1300-1560 m @ 520 mpm, "C"- 3200-4000m @ 160 mpm "D"-2250-2700m @450 mpm. HT: OP-3200 m @ 520 mpm. OT-2400 m @ 450 mpm. ON-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350mpm. All courses: Moderately difficult. Open rolling terrain. Good galloping courses with water, ditches & banks at all levels.

CCI* & T3D: Qualified entries postmarked Opening Day will be given acceptance priority. CEF #'s accepted for Canadian riders in lieu of USEA & USEF #''s. Please send copy of USEF or CEF card with entry. CCI Riders and horses must have current 2009 FEI registration numbers. Three-day riders use Three-day Entry Form. All T3D Educational Seminars open to CCI* competitors. A complete Seminar schedule will be posted at www.kyevents.net.

T3D Qualifications: Both horse and rider must have completed 4 Training level or higher events within 24 months of the Opening Date [Sep1] and no later than 10 days before the Event begins [by Oct 6]. At least one of these events must have been completed as a Horse/Rider combination within 3 months of this event [after Jul 15]. Three of the events must be without XC jump penalties, and the 4th may have incurred no more than 20 jump penalties.

Team Entries: Please include one team per envelope. Multiple ?team envelopes? may be mailed in one large envelope. Please include Team Name. Individual entries accepted as space allows. All divisions are Open divisions. Teams may consist of Jr. and Sr. riders. Additional information for the JR/YR CCI* Team Championships will be available on line @ www.useventing.com

Notes: KHP now charges a one-time parking fee for each vehicle. This pass will be good for the entire length of your stay and will be issued at the main gate.
