Entry: Per division: P: $170.00; T/N/BN/N Champs/BN Champs: $160.00 (section 1) complete entries received by  Stabling: $ 80.00 (section 5) Trailer Day Pass: $ 20.00, $75.00 (non-stabled horses, section 5)

1. Entries:

All entry fees include $20 non-refundable office fee. Do not send entries that require signatures for pick up. Faxed entries not accepted. Entries limited to 350. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. $15=lost pinny, no deposit. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $20 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-No refund. No phone withdrawals - all withdrawals must be in writing. Competition cancellation-No refund. Any changes after C.D.=$30 fee. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Horses? names must match Coggins & entry. Current health papers should travel with all horses. State vet may be on hand and checking.

2. Tentative Schedule:

Thurs: Cross-country course open 3pm. Fri: P-Dressage-1pm. Sat: Dressage-8am; Cross-country-9am; BN-Show Jumping-2 pm. Sun: Show Jumping-8:30 am; BN Cross-country-9 am.

3. Awards:

Trophy & 10 ribbons per division. Awards for lowest scoring Pony Clubber, please note Pony Club on entry.

4. Starting Times:

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:

$80 Thursday-Sunday. 800 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors only provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase from Devers Hay Grain & Bedding, (859) 233-9702. Exhibitors who trailer their horses in for the day and do not purchase a stall will be required to purchase a Trailer Day Pass from the show secretary. Trailer day pass is $20 or a season pass may be purchased for $75. Veterinarian: Rood & Riddle, (859) 233-0371 # will be posted at show office. Farrier on grounds, Saturday & Sunday.

6. Accommodations:

7. Directions:

Address: 4089 Ironworks Pike, KY 40511. From I-75: Exit 120. Follow Kentucky Horse Park signs.

8. Dressage:

Test & arena sizes: P-2006 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. T-2006 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N/N Champs-2006 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN/BN Champs-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Excellent, Sand.

9. Cross-Country:

P-2600m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-2000 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm, max. fence height 2'7", 14-16 obstacles. Terrain: Gently rolling. All courses: Straightforward, good move up.  Champs will be appropriate for level. Bank, ditch, and water may be at each level.

10. Other Information:

Cross-country course closed. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Schooling will be offered after after event $35. Park pass required for all vehicles. $5 one-time charge collected for each vehicle at Park entrance for parking pass. Private golf cart owners must purchase a golf cart license for $25/event or $50/season. Golf cart license may be purchased at Devers Hay, Grain and Bedding-859-233-9702 No ATVs or dirt bikes allowed on grounds USEA medical card/armband required: Limited supply available for purchase. Trailer parking available in front parking lot of Horse Park--ask at office.
