Fees:
Event Fees Directory - see individual section for details. Draw checks to KY Classique. Any fees postmarked after Aug. 9 must be either via Money Order or Cashiers Check. Returned checks will be assessed a $30 fee. Please check the fee calculation for your entry carefully. Computational errors or errors triggered by automated entry processes, which result in a refund due, will be charged a $25 handling charge. Should the difference remaining in the refund total be $10 or less, the remainder will be donated to the XC jump fund. Entry: CIC*: $250.00 I/P: $195.00 T/N/BN: $185.00 (section 1) Non-compete Horses: $ 30.00 (section 5)
1. Entries:
Entry and scheduling questions must go to the Secretary as above. All divisions include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors must be USEA members or pay $25 with entry. CIC U.S. Horses: A National or FEI Passport, obtained through the USEF is mandatory and have an FEI registration number. All foreign horses must have an FEI Passport. All CIC Competitors must have an FEI registration number. NOTE: Lost pinny ? will be invoiced $20.00 if pinny not returned. Refunds: Before C.D-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry/Stabling-No refund. $45 fee for each change after C.D. including stabling changes, as schedule permits. $30.00 bounced check fee. All withdrawals must be in writing by fax or email to secy by 9 pm of C.D. No phone messages accepted. Competition cancellation-As expenses allow Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. Please send with entry as KY State Vet checks coggins in the show office before riders arrive. Entry status posted online at www.kyevents.net. Check often for updated information.
2. Tentative Schedule:
Thurs: Cross-country course open-3 pm. Fri: Dressage (CIC1*/I/P, CT: A, I, P)-8 am. Show Jumping (CIC1*/I/P, CT: A, I, P)-11:00am Sat: Dressage (HT: T/N/BN)-8 am; Cross-country (CIC1*/I/P/T)-8:00 am. Show Jumping (HT: N/BN; CT: T/ N/BN)-10 am. Sun: Cross-country (N/BN)-8 am: Show Jumping (HT: T) -8:00 am This schedule is tentative. Please refer to www.kyevents.net for updates &/or changes.
3. Awards:
Trophy & 10 ribbons per division. ATC: Team Ribbons through 8th place, team saddle pads and photos provided by the Chronicle of the Horse.
4. Starting Times:
Times will be posted at www.kyevents.net by August 22.
5. Stabling/Veterinarian:
$35 stall per night. Tack stalls same fees apply. See www.kyevents.net for more info. 800 perm. stalls at KY Horse Park. $30 non-compete horse fee plus stabling. Devers Hay, Grain & Bedding - no answering machine (859) 233-9702 or www.deverinc.com. For paddock and golf cart rentals use the same telephone number. Stall doors only provided. Veterinarian: # will be posted in main sec'y's office.

Microtel Inn (Georgetown)-8 mi.(502)868-7610 Camping: Kentucky Horse Park Campground, (859) 233-4303. Campground now accepts advance reservations but fills quickly. Reservations call 888-459-7275 or go to www. parks.ky.gov.

Address: KY Horse Park, 4089 Ironworks Pike, Lexington, KY 40511 From I-75: Exit 120. From other Hwys: Watch for KY Horse Park signs. Enter at main gate entrance of park. Drive to stables.

Test & arena sizes: HT: CIC1*-2009 FEI Eventing One Star Test B-std. I-2006 USEF Intermediate Test C-std. P-2006 USEF Preliminary Test B-Sm. T-2006 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2006 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2006 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas: Sand
9. Cross-Country:
CIC1*-2400-3200 m @ 520 mpm. I-2600-3600 m @ 550 mpm. P-3300 m @ 520 mpm. T-2600 m @ 450 mpm. N-2200 m @ 350 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm; max. height 2'7". All courses: Moderate at all levels. Rolling, open terrain on est. bluegrass. Water, ditch, banks and combinations at all levels. Water and small bank for BN.
10. Other Information:
TRADE FAIR! Cross country courses will be available for schooling on Sunday for all levels. Check website or at show office for details. Otherwise, cross-country course closed except for official KHP Schooling Days. See www. kyhorsepark.com for more information. Levels may be divided or combined as entries warrant: state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. See www.kyevents.net for divisions offered. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed!! CEF #'s accepted for Canadian riders in lieu of USEA & USEF #'s. Please send copy of USEF or CEF card with entry Note: KHP charges a one-time parking fee for each vehicle. This pass will be good for the entire length of your stay, and will be issued at the main gate. Riders who are not stabled will also need to purchase a trailer parking pass from the KY Horse Park.
