Out of State Horses: CURRENT Health Certificate within 30 days of the competition & Neg Coggins within 12 months required. In State Horses: NO Coggins or Health Certificate 
REQUIRED BN rider not USEA member $25.00 fee with entry. Entry includes $25 non-refundable office fee. Double Entries not accepted. $25 for lost pinny  Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D No refund Withdrawals accepted by email 9pm closing date for refund
Cancellation of Event: Refund of ENTRY minus unavoidable costs at  discrestion of CCCHT organization committe

Fri: Stabling available-10 am; Cross-country courses open-3 pm 
Sat: Dressage-7:00 am; Cross-country-8:00 am. Sun: Show Jumping-7 am.

Large university town; see website for additional hotels and restaurant information. Camping: Electrical hook-ups available on event grounds, reservations, pre-paid

Address: 5365 Elmira Rd., Iowa City, IA 52240 From I-80: Traveling East Exit # 249 Herbert Hoover Hwy East (L) towards West Branch 2.9 miles, North (L) on paved road, Oasis. 3 miles West (L) on gravel Elmira Rd; 1. mile, Located at red barns with large blue silo. Traveling West Exit #249 Herbert Hoover Hwy (R) into Herbert Hoover Hwy (R) toward West Branch and as above.

9. Cross-Country:

NEW PRELIMINARY COURSE/UPRADE - aerovation of galloping lanes
P-3200m @ 520mpm  T-2200m @ 420 mpm  N-2000m @ 400 mpm. BN-1800m @ 350 mpm.  Galloping flats, hills, wooded, pastoral.
Courses: Water and banks at all levels. P - forward and educational course with options  T - Challenging water and steps otherwise natural fences and jumps of average difficulty N - Natural fences, several at max height, hills; BN - Natural fences average difficulty, stream of water in addition to pass-through water complex. Course maps on website  

10. Other Information:

OPEN SCHOOLING ONE DAY UNRECOGNIZED TRIAL MAY 30-31.
X-C course closes July 6 Entry limit=160  Riders limited 2 horses event. 
Concessions on grounds during show hours. No unauthorized motorized vehicles on X-C. Dogs must be leashed; no dogs on the cross-country courses.  Competitors Party: Saturday, August 1 at 6:00 pm at the Homstead. Street dance to "Monkey Business" with catered dinner.

Due to scheduling conflicts, the Champagne Run at the Park Horse Trials set to take place on July 10-11 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky has been cancelled. (May 17, 2010)
