1. Entries:
YEH: YEH Entry Form and additional information can be found on www.useventing. com and in the Omnibus: Will be scheduled Friday morning/early afternoon. Area II Adult Riders, please indicate on the entry form. Separate ribbons will be awarded. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE PRINTED AND VALID EMAIL ADDRESS; ALL COMMUNICATION AFTER CLOSING DATE WILL BE VIA EMAIL UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED ON ENTRY Lost pinny fine=$25. Refunds: Before C.D.-Entry/Stabling-In full; After C.D.-Entry-Less-$25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list/Stabling-Less $10 only if vacancy filled. NO REFUNDS after 9 pm., May 26. $25 fee for any change of entry after CD. Scratch/withdrawals accepted via email or fax only with acknowledgement from office – No phone messages will be accepted. Competition cancellation-No refund. Entries accepted after Closing Date at Organizer’s discretion will be assessed an additional $25.00 to entry fee. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses.

Fri: YEH ; Cross-country course open-3 pm Sat: Dressage (I/T/BN)-7:30 am Show Jumping (I/T/BN)-8:30 am; Cross-country (I/T/BN)-9:00am Sun: Dressage (P/N)-7:30 am; Show Jumping (P/N)-8:30 am; Cross-country (P/N)-9:00 am. ***Note: all riders will have published show jumping times and published X-C times being APPROX.30 minutes after your S-J ride; further details on website when times are posted; Intermediate will be scheduled only IF ENTRYS WARRANT.
3. Awards:

5. Stabling/Veterinarian:
APPROX 30 STALLS AVAILABLE on grounds at $50/night AND 40 within ten miles of event at $35/night. No initial bedding provided. $50 muck fee required for all stabled, send separate check with entry. Solid DOORS ON ALL STALLS; BRING STALL GUARDS IF DESIRED; Specific ASSIGNMENTS AND directions will be SEND VIA EMAIL ON MAY 27thth, AND POSTED ON WEBSITE. Address: 4015 Damascus Rd., Laytonsville, MD 20882 From PA-North: I-70 west to Rt. 97 south, 9 miles to right onto Rt. 650 Damascus Rd., Farm 1 mile on right. Washington, DC Beltway (495) to I‑270 N. Exit Shady Grove Rd., east. Continue east on Shady Grove to right on Rt. 124. At 4th light, turn right on Brink Rd. Go 5 miles to left on Howard Chapel Rd. At stop sign, turn left on Damascus Rd. Entrance immediately on right.

9. Cross-Country:
I: 3200 m@ 550 mpm. P‑2800 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T‑2400 m @ 450mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN‑1600 m @ 350 mpm/12-14 jumps‑max. fence height 2’6”. All courses: Average, horses with some experience at this level. Water at all levels.
10. Other Information:
ALL WEATHER ARENA FOR SHOW JUMPING Cross‑country course closed April 15. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. PLEASE BRING WATER. NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES ALLOWED ON CROSS-COUNTRY COURSE TUESDAY JUNE 2, cross-country schooling day, 10 am - 6 pm, weather permitting.
